Wonderful shoes - new walking experience!

Communication was a litttle slow but honest. The items arrived on time and safely.
They are very comfy although not used them fully has recovering from heel surgery

Love my Barefoot shoes, got a few pairs now, don't really wear anything else. The most comfortable shoes I have ever had. They take a few weeks to arrive but worth the wait. Would certainly recommend everybody to try them. Your walking posture will improve, and as an older person makes you feel very steady when walking.

I was so pleased to be offered a replacement pair of shoes for my mistake in ordering. The small pair were perfect for my grandson and my new pair arrived swiftly. What an excellent service!

Great shoes. Just bought another 2 pairs. They are so light and have worn one pair all day. When I first got them it took a bit of getting used to. But now I'm so used to them can wear a new pair all day. Have 2 pairs that are really winter bots/ shoes so these latest ones are ideal for summer wear. They have really helped my mobility having broken both hips. One last year and one 20 years ago, plus bone on bone in both knees, but have been able to increase my steps in these shoes. I doubt I will ever wear anything else.

The shoes are well made with a wide toe box as advertised
Sadly they are quite ‘shallow’ on the top so not as comfortable as I had hoped

Do not buy from this business.
I ordered a size 36.5. They sent me a size 36. They offerred me a refund, but ONLY if I returned the shoes to China, the cost of which would have been approx £30, for a pair of shoes that cost me £39 - why would I do that, when the value of my refund would be almost wiped out by the postage costs. They sent me the wrong size and they didnt fit, so I am unable to use them. I contacted Purestep many times and each time they just repeated themselves, but didn't solve my issue. They even tried to suggest that their decision to send me a different size (without consulting me) is because their shoes sizes are not in line with what one would expect them to be! Have had to escallate to a claim via Paypal to try and get my money back.
Any reviews posted on here about how easy a refund was and how great is was to deal with them is probably a fake review - because the reality is very different.
Very poor experience all round and a lot of wasted time and energy trying to get it resolved.

I ordered 2 pairs and found them quite uncomfortable. They are not barefoot shoes. Also, my feet started to sweat while I was trying them on. Of course, I had been taken in by 'easy returns' which is not at all easy as they will need to be sent to China.

Evri messed up my delievery(to be expected) and have sent my delivery back to purestep. In the mean time purestep have sent out another pair of trainers for me even though the original pair haven't even arrived back at the warehouse. Customer service has been top class.

Very good customer service, a pair ordered too small, new style offered for just P&P. Not required to send the original shoes back either…can’t complain.

Both winter boots and non slip breather able shoes are comfortable. Backs of non slip have crease in them which was there on arrival.
Delivery not from UK so takes a while.

I ordered purestep shoes and looked liked it was a uk company,beware it is not,shoes arrived damaged and they insisted they be sent back to china,turns out you don’t have many rights so buyer beware,this is the first time I have ever wrote a negative feedback but I really feel like I was misled so read the small print before ordering,very poor quality

Great prices, fast delivery, lots of communication

No delays . Shoes are comfortable to wear if a bit pricey.
