Wonderful pair of sneakers. It's as if I'm not wearing any at all. Goes well with the rest of my purestep shoes. Well worth it.

Very helpful when needed. Product does what it says. Walking a pleasure now toes have space. Pleased unknown walker recommended these.

The shoes are very comfortable and give my long toes plenty of wiggle room! I’m sure I walk better in them. I have ordered 2 different pairs for the winter (although had they not been ‘bogof’ I wouldn’t have done!). Delivery good - about 10 days - and they come in a nice shoe bag! Great stuff😊

I received my black Purestep Explorers a few weeks ago, actually. I've worn them several times and had compliments on them. I enjoy both these black Explorers and my red ones also. I keep wanting and asking for Explorers & the Pro Everests in NAVY. I bet they'd sell like mad! :)

The contact I had to.help me with my order was great. My initial order arrived by the shoes were too small and I need to exchange these for a larger size.

The process was very straightforward and I am now awaiting my new shoes in a bigger size, which will hopefully fit.

This company is not what it presents itself as. Okay it’s not British. No big deal, but shoes have to be returned to China for which you pay postage. I ended up up £12put of pocket. I returned the shoes as they are poor quality and look it. This you can buy them much cheaper elsewhere. I would not recommend buying from Purestep.

Ordered 2 pair shoes. Ist pair too big. Tried to return. Company awful and resorted to claim through bank. So they sent another pair nearly 3 months later. These have a staple making them unwearable. So back to bank.i want my money back but that’s not possible.

The company hides the fact deep in the terms and conditions that if you need to return an item for any reason, the goods must be sent directly to China at your expense. This is not in accordance with UK Consumer Law.
Also, I found that during a sale, a popup appeared asking if I wanted a Mystery Code. There was no explanation as to what this was, and I simply clicked Yes. PureStep then raised a second order without my knowledge and did not provide any order review or confirmation screen. Their practices are deceptive and they are unable to cancel a transaction even though the issue is immediately reported to them.
Avoid this company. On-the-verge selling techniques, poor quality goods and questionable returns policies.

Purestep have good advertising and internet presence on social media that makes you think they are a respected UK based business when in fact their products are despatched from another country, and are identical to products sold by Temu at a quarter of the price. You will also be bombarded by email offers and promotions that are difficult to unsubscribe from. The products however are basically cheap aqua shoes, but comfy to wear around the house.

I have found Purestep to be a wonderful company to deal with. They have always been friendly and efficient with an excellent standard of service that goes well beyond my expectations.

First time I have bought this type of footwear but must say I am finding them very comfortable to wear for long periods. Thought they seemed a bit too lightly built at first but they seem to be no problem. When its cold feet seem to be warmer than usual which is a big improvement for me.Would quite like to try some suitable for walking and hiking on rough ground but not sure what to get/

Excellent quality products, always arrive well protected/presented. I now have 4 pairs - for different uses - from Tai Chi to wet dog waks on rough ground. I find all of them really comfortable and help me feel well balanced. At 75 years old that is so important!
