We are very happy with PureTalk…

We are very happy with PureTalk overall. The only concern I have at present is it seems our monthly charges are increasing. I thought we were getting a Veteran's discount as well as your normal good rates(?)

Verified with rep (Benjamin)

Verified with rep (Benjamin), that transfer took place. WIFI calling was disabled, I still had eSim from Mint Mobile onboard. Every time I tried to place a call, SIM choice would appear. Benjamin led me through erasing the eSim. WIFI calling was restored. Immediately noticed improved sound quality during our conversation. PureTalk reps have been nothing but helpful and knowledgeable the whole time. Bad Note for Mint Mobile...any cancellation after seven days of service or any length of time after that gets NO REFUND...PERIOD. I always wondered what it was like to be robbed at gunpoint. Thanks PureTalk for my Veterans Discount and recognizing my service!

I HAD been a Verizon customer for 20…

I HAD been a Verizon customer for 20 years. My last full Verizon bill was $158. My first full PureTalk bill was $57. Don't think about switching, just SWITCH. Switched two lines at different times. The four PureTalk reps were all polite, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. Verizon was a different matter, it took 5 calls to to get a valid Transfer PIN.

I have had several incidents of dropped…

I have had several incidents of dropped calls since I joined your company. I have also had calls go directly to voice mail with out my phone ever ringing first? I have also had events where large echo during use occurred forcing me to disconnect and call back the person on the other end of the line? I did not expereince such issue with the past company. If they continue I will change carriers again.

Very pleased

We appreciate the fact that we are able to choose a plan meets our needs. We do very little talking and texting compared to the majority, and we have been able to purchase a plan that helps us save money by tailoring to our needs. Our phone reception and service has been great, and the phones we purchased are very nice. The cost is affordable.

Outstanding Service

PureTalk offers a reasonable price and the customer service is outstanding. They do not outsource to another country. I can understand every word. That makes it so much easier to communicate. No guessing what they are saying. My only complaint would be they do not roll over the data from month to month. That would be a great perk for us older folks on a fixed income. But all in all I give PureTalk a 5+ rating.

I love Pure Talk

I love Pure Talk, have been a customer for several years. You can't beat the price and the customer service is always very good.
The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was bc recently I changed to an android and no longer have visual voicemail. I called and it was activated, still does not work .

Pure Talk has excellent service at a lower cost

Pure Talk uses towers from a major carrier, so their service is excellent. I have unlimited talk and text and plenty of data for about half of the cost I paid before switching. If we need more data while traveling we can buy it for one month, so that is convenient. We've been with them for many years and are very satisfied. Customer service is US-based and has also done a good job for us when needed.

LOVE the price and service

LOVE the price and service! It is worth the switch. My only complaint is the process of switching. There are a number of steps and it wasn’t always clear. I’m sure it’s the same with any phone company that doesn’t have a brick and mortar store with people who do it physically for you. But, I figured it out, called Pure Talk and got a real person who walked me through it and had service with them the next day.

Won't let me put my billing address in

Won't let me put my billing address in. Only line allows so many but mine needs more. Not a 2nd line. Annoying as hell on a smart phone.
Secondly, im not on auto pay. I get a not so nice email saying yall attempted to collect but failed. No calls, just a not so nice email.
