I bought a new cell phone from them and after 30 days it stopped working. They referred me to the manufacturer for warranty service. The manufacturer told me the phone was out of the warranty period. Calling PureTalk back they told me that thew warranty issue was my problem and to honor my contract or pay the full amount for the phone. I bought a used phone from Backmarket.com that has worked fine since. It has been almost 2 years, and I am still paying for a phone I never had use of. I was told to bad so sad. Asked to speak with a supervisor and was told no. This is a picture of horrible customer service! I am a veteran and liked the idea of using a veteran owned company, so much for that.
Always quick and thorough service. And I love I’m speaking to an American. I’ve never gotten a foreign accent, unlike Apple. Keep it up.

this is my second review as the review that I left initially apparently was removed. Pure Talk is to be avoided at all costs. The customer service is truly awful. Nobody seems to know what to do and the service agents just parrot the same phrases over and over. I went through unimaginable issues getting the service started and now because Im going to visit a foreign country Im trying to figure out how to be sure that I have service and its impossible to navigate the website. I was hoping that somehow I wouldn't have to talk to the useless customer service people but since I cant get any info from the web site I guess I will have to grit my teeth and dive into the mess that is Pure Talk.
They answer the phone. They are professional and knowledgeable about their product. Their instructions are clear and understandable . They spend as much time as needed to solve my issues. This company is outstanding.

We tried them several years ago. their service did not work for us so we sent back their equipment and cancelled their sevrice. We are still neing dunning for $172. and our credit has been ruined by them! Had we the money for an attorney we would sue! The victimize us elderly! You should have cancelled the $172!

I was working with another Tech and he was helping me and doing a great job but I must have hit a reset too soon and kicked him off and then I had no cell service at all. When I called back on my wife’s phone I was put in toch with Julie and she was so sweet and helped me to get my phone working again. Thank you Julie.

I have only had to call customer service twice but both times I quickly reached a live human being who quickly solved my issue. My call today was actually about a problem setting up my new iphone with my cell number. The Apple help line said it was a 25-minute wait for a call back so I tried the Pure Talk help line, just to see. Thomas helped me quickly (well, the phone was slow- not his fault) and stayed with me until we had my new phone working. Great customer service! I also get great coverage in my very rural area and pay half of what I used to pay at the major carrier..

Best customer service without question. The only reason I've needed to talk to them is because im moving other family members phone to them. No wait time before they answer, easily understandable, always answer questions without transferring. Today Jessica was extremely helpful on moving a tablet over from att. Low price, no hassle, best customer service, I can't believe att even competes with them cause they beat att by every measure.
