I have been a customer for many years with 4 lines. I went to upgrade 2 of those lines on 3/31/26, which I have done in the past with no issue, and they lied to me about the monthly price. I even asked for an exact price including taxes, etc. The upgrades also eliminated my family plan discounts for having 4 lines. The price changes will cost my family over $480 more per year. I wanted to speak to a supervisor and they said none were available. This was a bait and switch and has left me frustrated. They are not the honest Company that they claim to be.

I have been with Pure Talk from when they first started. There were some minor glitches which got worked out without much of a problem. They are the only cell service I have ever used and am very happy with the coverage, price and customer support. Early on I was paying very much less than the larger carriers which was helpful as I did not need all the bells and whistles of those more expensive options. Pure Talk I believe is also veteran owned and had a better reputation than the other 3rd party providers at the time. Highly recommended.

I am truly thankful for this company. I'm a truck driver so I'm all over the USA, have had pure talk for about 4 months now, haven't dropped a whole lot of calls. And saving about 200 dollars a month and have unlimited everything plus a hot spot. Customer service for this company is second to none. If you want to know the truth I would put up with dropped calls if I had to, just for the customer service and support. Thank you pure talk. If you're reading this and thinking of dropping your old phone company, do it. If I knew this I would have switched long ago. Once again, THANK YOU PURE TALK

I’ve been with Pure Talk for 8 years or so, going with them saved me so much $$$ compared to Verizon with the exact same plan and coverage. Always great service when I contact them. It’s very easy to use their website but if you need any help just dial 611. Being veteran owned was another deciding factor. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made!

I've had my phone service with Pure Talk for at least 5 years and they are very reasonable prices and easy to get ahold of when you have a question. They also are U.S. based and are very mindful of our military men and women and other patriotic interests. Good investment for people who want to give back to America and get a good phone plan to boot!

I had a horrific experience with PureTalk. Thanks to TrustPilot, PureTalk finally paid me for my traded in phone. As far as customer service, they are unprofessional. PureTalk advertises lower prices, but that’s based on low data use. They are no cheaper after upping the data on your plan. I have unlimited data with Verizon. My Verizon plan is less expensive than PureTalk was.
