Why did I wait so long before I switched to PureTalk!!

I have been a PureTalk customer for many years. The rates have never increased. Phone service is equal to AT&T, but far more affordable! Customer service has always been pleasant, helpful and very knowledgeable!

Worst customer service

I got puretalk last year. Hoping for a better experience and better deal. Prices over all are a bit cheaper and service is comprable to others. My problems started when porting over the guy that was processing everything somehow screwed things up and it took me borrowing a phone to call and sort it out over about 24 hours. When all was said and done the phones worked but the numbers on the account were wrong which led to my wife getting all the account notifications, not a big deal. We decided to switch back due to any time i have needed the customer service they have all been unhelpful eventhough very nice and my wife wanted to have a phone that they didnt support. So her and my kid switched and instead of paying 2 diff bills i thought i would switch as well. I still have money due on my phone and the new provider will pay the remaining balance with proof that my line and my phone have the money owed. The problem is the proof lies with the model and the phone number it says is attached which was screwed up day 1. They can not fix it so i am out on that. Overall i thought they would be good but not worth the hassell.

We just switched from AT&T to Pure Talk…

We just switched from AT&T to Pure Talk and I only wish we had done it sooner. We had some initial issues about sending texts, but their tech support was outstanding and I was able to talk to a real person, in the USA no less and the issue was resolved in only a few minutes! Coverage is as good as AT&T and the net monthly price is a THIRD of what we were paying before.

Excellent customer service

We have excellent service with PureTalk. Our monthly bill is significantly less than the big name companies with the same service.

I got the best help ever!

I called in today with a slight problem, but I got the best help ever !! A young lady talked my wife and I through a problem that we were having. That lady did such an amazing job, I think she needs to be paid to teach everyone how they need to work there !!!! With people like her working there, Pure Talk will shut all other phone services down!!!
