Yes, you get people who speak English, wait time wasn't bad, but that doesn't mean they will help you.
No one could help me through the startup and data transfer process, to include "tech support". The latter stated "it sounds like there is a problem with your phone. I don't deal with that. Let me give you Samsung 's number." After two days of frustration, I sent the phone back. They refuse to give me a full refund! "We don't refund shipping charges"; they also don't provide return lables so I paid return shipping!
If you have money to burn, know all the ins and outs of cell phone setup/usage, and don't mind talking to polite do nothings, this company could be for you!

I moved to Puretalk for great savings and good American customer service. I was very happy with the coverage, data, for 29 for life!
However, I quickly discovered that Puretalk doesn't support Visual Voicemail for Android users. I spent hours on the phone with customer service and technical support. Out of 6 different people I talked with, 2 gave me the answer that was correct. Puretalk does not support voicemail for Android users. I was terribly disappointed to have to move from them, but voicemail is critical for me. I hope they solve this problem for American android users in the future.

Puretalk has been a great company to deal with. I was with AT&T for 30 years and they wete horrendously expensive. The service i have received from Puretalk has been stellar. They have been every bit as good as AT&T was and at 1/3 of the price. I wish i had changed over many years ago, i could have saved so much money. I love Puretalk!!

I love Pure Talk USA. It's run by our veterans. They are are professional, helpful and courteous when I call them. I inquired about plans for a WWII D-Day Veteran who is 101 years old. They informed me of the plans and information so my friend can get a good deal without being squeezed for more money on every payment. Go Pure Talk.

I spoke with "Kenya", a great Customer Service Representative, (CSR) about my situation with my phone account. From the moment Kenya greeted my call, after only waiting maybe 30-60 second's, her friendly and very professional tone of voice was very soothing for me. I explained my situation with my account with my phone, and we resolved the issue very quickly. I really appreciate this phone call interaction with CSR, Kenya. I truly appreciate Kenya being so positive, friendly, and professional, in how she handled my situation.
I would love for Kenya's supervisor, along with all leadership staff & ownership, to read this feedback as well. I know Kenya is "just doing her job" accordingly. However, I believe she deserves recognition, and should be considered for a work bonus, and/or pay raise. My phone suddenly stopped working at the end of February, one of my family members was already with pure talk and even though they had a lot of issues with getting their phone to work and dealing with customer service, i needed the cheap plan and was willing to deal with a little inconvenience as long as it eventually worked. (My family member had even asked for a new number to go along with the phone they had bought from pure talk, but pure talk forced them to use their old number anyway. And their phone STILL doesn't seem to be set up right several months into the service.)
After i placed the order, I realized that in my haste i had input the wrong email address (an email i had just lost access to because of my now dead phone). Just a few hours later, after customer service hours were finally open, i called them to correct the mistake. It took HOURS just to deal with all the back and forth, they asked for my zip code at least 6 TIMES! I gave them all the information they asked for to verify it was me, over and over, until things finally got through, and they gave me the impression that i had successfully corrected my mistake. They even said i should expect an update about my order being shipped that next Monday (two days later), but when no shipping info was sent when the time came... i checked my order status with them and it had been CANCELED without notifying me or giving ANY explanation. When i sent them a message on their website inquiring about the "why" and how i could prevent it from happening again and when i could expect my money to come back to me, all they said was "sorry about your experience, we had to cancel it due to incorrect information, please contact customer service for further help, bla bla bla". So, basically, i just wasted several days of my time, got my money hung up for a week so i can't get the phone i need even if i go someplace else or try to buy from them again, and I got the royal "sorry, that's not our problem" run around for NOTHING. If there was going to be a problem, customer service should have SAID SO right from the outset, rather than misleading me that whole time and even going so far as to lie to me about "expecting a shipping label to be made in a couple of days".
If i didn't care about customer service THAT much, i would've just gone with mint instead, a service that i've never encountered before, at least they are cheaper, even if it is only a 5 dollar difference right now. At least a cr*p shoot might have done a better job at telling me the truth.
