Switched my corporate phone from Verizon

Switched over my corporate phone from Verizon. Due to all the security settings I thought it would be a nightmare, but it was very easy. Brianna with customer service was awesome. Everything was very straightforward.

Whatever you’re paying Brianna, it’s not enough, and no, she didn’t tell me to say that.

Security problem

I got a text from Pure Talk that someone was trying to reset my pin. I contacted customer service and Lamia was there to help me. In a few minutes she had corrected the problem and secured my account. She was fast and efficient. 6 stars for Pure talk........2 stars for trust pilot.....

Critical to understand the 4 steps for transfering service to PT

2/26/26 I am updating this review. I just learned that Pure Talk does not offer a "add or call blocker" like Verizon does. I also learned that our Voicemail feature is carrier specific. You must transfer your voice mail from the carrier you are leaving to the new carrier. Pure Talk does not support voice mail on Android phones. Their failure to disclose these issues upfront has caused us to return to Verizon. Our review of the the people and US help desk remain excellent. But, their method for accepting the customers wish to stop data sharing and reselling is purposely difficult. We left Verizon after 30 yrs. Went from $100pm to $38pm with veteran discount. The PROCESS can be challenging. Requires a pin from Verizon to transfer. A IME # and a ESIM connection. They are patient and competent people. Nicole, Erika, Charlamay. Unlike my wife's I Phone. I had a problem with getting the ESim on my Android. Critical to know. When you get to the ESim step DO NOT click later. Do it now. Also you must have a WiFi connection enabled on your phone. Quality of service stability is excellent. US domestic help desk is brilliant

Much better than xfinity

switched ovr from xfinity because they added a iwatch to my plan after i explicitly declinded. pure talk is cheaper, easier to get a hold of, and the people actually speak english. xfinity had indians who i could hardly understand and obviously didnt understand me

Called their call center. The young American lady was polite,funny,and I could understand everything she said. She did not lie about her name like the ones from India. She was very helpful and I am totally satisfied with their service and products.
