Brand new phone from PureTalk with sim card, Could make calls, cant receive calls. Tech Support did no trouble shooting at all BUT wanted to do a full reset of the brand new phone sent to me by PureTalk. BAD Service all around. I cancelled, still NO refund at all as promised! Seeking attorney at this time.

I have talked to the customer service at Pure talk at least 3 or four times during the last year or so. Each time they answered the phone immediately, could speak English very plainly, and patiently and effectively answered my questions and resolved my issues. It is amazing and like a breath of fresh air to deal with people so helpful and competent. Service is non existent or poor quality with most other Companies I deal with there days. Pure Talk is also much cheaper than the Big Guys with no difference in the communications quality that I can tell.

I've been using Puretalk for several years and have never had a problem with them. There's always a person on the other end unless you simply want to pay your bill. I use auto pay. They always give a warning if something is off and they'll also offer a lower rate if they see that you're not using much data. I pay $60 for unlimited everything. I can also use a hotspot so I don't even need Internet service since I don't watch much TV. This saves me$140 per month! I've never had a dropped call caused by PT either.

Whenever I call and speak to someone I know they are listening to me and why I am calling. I feel respected and valued as a customer.
The phone service is wonderful have not had problems getting signals even when I am in a bad area I seem to get service.
My one complaint I did have an issue with my auto pay because my card was compromised and so when my payment drafted it didn’t clear. They did not give me much of a grace period to straighten out the problem they were going to cancel my service within 5 days of the declined payment.

I have been a customer of PureTalk wireless for about 10 years maybe more. I see no reason in the world to change service back to any of the many providers I've had in the past.
The number 1 reason above any other is that on the rare occasion I need to call customer service I will be talking to a "Live Human" in the blink of an eye. That alone is worth staying.
The cheap rates, the reliable service as a whole, the personal assistance to configure a new phones settings are all great. Honestly I have a Big Zero for any "cons" with my wife's & I service. I was not asked to do this review. I needed to call customer service a few minutes ago to discuss how my phone will work on a cruise to Mexico. I need to do nothing, it will work as is. After that call to support I just needed to tell others why I never even think of going with any other frustrating, automated or often rude company that I'd be paying my money to. That's it. I'm just a Happy PureTalk Customer!!!

I am a new customer to PureTalk and required assistance in setting up my voicemail. I was able to reach a representative quickly. Angie talked me through it and my issue was resolved in a few minutes. PureTalk is a great company with excellent customer service. Pure and simple.

Have been with PureTalk since 2023.
Was with AT&T for yrs and was costing way to much for me & my wife ($160/mo)
Since switching, bill is ~$60/mo and never noticed any difference in service.
That’s $1200/yr saved!!
And their customer service has been great the seldom times I’ve had to call them.
Chris helped out with an autopay glitch recently and super friendly and diligent to resolve it.
I tell friends & family about PureTalk whenever cell companies come up in conversation :)
