My voice-mail box was locked. The Puretalk Support team helped me get it unlocked. Updating my software was helpful. Then I needed help getting my date and time stamp turned back on in my voice-mail. Shayna was able to walk me thru the steps when I called in on my 2nd phone to tech support. Thank you, Shayna! They are all courteous, helpful and friendly. Puretalk has always provided reliable service and sometimes it might take some time in resolving my phone issues, but it is usually because I have difficulty explaining myself, and still they are pleasant and patient with me. I am very happy with Puretalk as my mobile carrier.

Exactly the same service as far as coverage. Cost cannot be beat. Customer service a pleasure, you can understand them!! No more hoping the rep has been to accent school. Just dumb not to switch. Same as cable TV, I should have done this years ago. USA!

Pure talk is a very great and very helpful phone company. Hey, very security minded and I have no problems with them for years. I think they're the greatest phone company around. They already have your security in mind always get a pin number. And make sure that you stay in contact with them. For any reason, you need help, they are very willing to help you. They're just pleasant to work with and the reception and everything with my phone is perfect. They've upgraded me at least twice, without even me asking they've given me Extra Stuff, just because I've been with them for a long time, I would definitely tell people to switch to pure talk.

PureTalk has surely met my needs. I’d had Verizon for close to 25 years, but they would always raise my rate after guaranteeing they wouldn’t. It got so out of hand that I decided to go with PureTalk. They’ve had very good customer service and the price is excellent. My phone service is also very good. I’m a happy customer and wish I’d made the change years before I did.

You're talking very cheap, a reasonable official. And reliable and they support veterans. It was very easy to connect my call customer service and they help me connect over the phone. And it took about 15 minutes. I was done. And right from the start, I have 5 bars already. The best less than verizon, a team mobile or spectrum

It has taken months to get the correct fix on my line. Still unsatisfactory.
It took 1 call, 1 person ( who I actually could understand) and less then 10 minutes to switch and keep everything in tact.
Most excellent experience with customer service in a phone service I’ve had.
I never knew how much of a circus getting phone service was, but you e shown me that none of it was necessary. I can just call you!
