Good service

Only ordered samples but received promptly and without any issues. Any questions also answered so I hope to order our cork tiles from Puretree.

generous samples

Fast delivery. Never have I seen samples so generous. This is perfect for any samples and testing I want to try on the fabric before making the purchase.

I am still waiting for some samples…

I am still waiting for some samples that I discussed by telephone on 31 October-18 days ago!. I previously requested 3 samples which I didn't receive until I sent a further e-mail, which was 3 weeks from my first order! I then phoned to discuss my options and I just asked for 2 small samples for my fitter to assess suitability. I am still waiting for these.
I am hesitant to order from this company due to their inefficiency, although the person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful.

speedy service, good quality product

Excellent, speedy service with good quality product. My only criticisms were the cost of the postage for a very small item and the amount of packaging around the piece of cork. It was at least three times the length and twice the width of the contents.

WISE Cork Flooring

I ordered the new WISE Cork Flooring to pick up myself from Exeter. The process was efficiently organised, giving a feeling of confidence in the company. In part I'm giving 5 stars because of the product. The WISE floating floor is brilliant. Carbon negative, based on natural materials, waterproof and easy to work with.

Very speedy response

Very speedy response to request for free samples. Based on the samples the cork flooring looks and feels very appealing, although we haven’t yet decided to purchase as our refurb project is at an early stage.
