Hi Mari, I am sorry you haven't received the cork flooring sample which you ordered. I can see from our delivery schedule it was sent out by Royal Mail 1st class post on the same day you placed the order through the website.
As this is our first knowledge of this issue, I have organised for a new sample to be sent via a tracked courier tomorrow and this will ensure we can get this rectified as quickly as possible.
You will receive tracking details for the sample tomorrow to enable you to track the consignment through the UKMail website.
