Lovely product
Lovely product and beautiful colour.
I only regretted the amount of plastic packaging and bubble wrap which were really not required as the fabric arrived in a box already and was not fragile, hence the 4 stars

This is the second time I have ordered…
This is the second time I have ordered from pure tree and the second time I’ve received damaged goods.
The first time the company were excellent in sorting the problem, this time it has been the polar opposite. I’ve been in touch three times to get things rectified, had to put off fitter twice and still no resolution. I’m now posting this review given the very poor service second time around.
Two deliveries and two damaged products is not a great experience, the customer service in this exchange has been really poor, promised goods would be replaced and still nothing. Not a happy customer. Will have to put fitter off for third time, again at short notice due to non delivery of promised replacements.
Would not use this company again unfortunately

The tiles are great and were a decent…
The tiles are great and were a decent price.
If I had written this in the first few hours, it would have had a star knocked off for recommending cork-a-bond!
I ran out of it half way through and got another brand. That ended up in the bin and I reordered cork-a-bond again.
Its a bit tricky/ stressful to work with at first but it is actually great at the end of the day.
There should be some videos on the website or YouTube on how to use it and how to lay the flooring - but once you figure it out I think its best option.
