I bought MNM and resveratrol supliments simply for energy and cognitive improvements as described in the benefits of the product. I've been taking those since August so this is the 3rd month, I've been looking to notice something happening but unfortunately nothing. They're not cheap supliments so I really believed they could bring some improvements. So disappointed.

I literally couldn't wait for the Puretrex Elite Mullein Drops to arrive. I'm so glad I made this purchase. Initially I was looking for a good cough medicine as I had a wheezy, crackly chest and bad cough. Upsets my stomach too much
I've only given 1 star rating as after taking these drops (1ml) for about 2 or 3 days, I realise it's this that's upsetting my stomach too much to continue or find out if it's really helping to clear my lungs. I can't continue with this as it's giving me griping pains in my stomach!

To help with tolerance, we usually recommend starting with a smaller amount, such as 0.5ml, and gradually working up to the full serving. It can also help to dilute the drops in a glass of water or juice, or to take them right after a meal instead of on an empty stomach. This often makes them gentler on digestion.
