Puretrex sell a vitamin D3 with K2 with a dose of 10,000 IU vitamin D3.
Which? Have tested vitamin D3 and state
The NHS advises the following upper safety limits for vitamin D:
Adults – max 100mcg (4,000IU) a day
a regular dose as high as 10,000 IU, which is more than twice the recommended safe daily upper level, puts you at greater risk of hypercalcaemia – too much calcium in your blood. This can have wide-ranging health consequences, from vomiting and confusion to weakening of the bones, and damage to your heart and kidneys.
Taking too much vitamin D over a long period can cause calcium to build up in the body, which can actually weaken bones and damage your heart and kidneys. This is known as hypercalcaemia.

Brilliant for hair loss
Postpartum hair loss hit me real bad was at a loss with what else to try tried everything else I saw on the internet.. other pumpkin seed oils aswell but within a week of using this yes a week! Noticed less shed.. hair loss still happening but no where near as bad.. and with my nails there harder than they have ever been a basic file can't even fill them 🤣 would recommend trying them if suffering with hair loss or weak nails etc
