Fast delivery, can't comment on the product as I've not been taking it long enough but seems to be on point.....my main criticism until now would be regarding damaged capsules which had leaked in the packet.....would help if the packaging was stiffer to reduce this problem.

However, customer service not so good. I placed an order and paid for Special Delivery, but Royal Mail delayed delivery. I asked Puretrex to claim a refund on the postage, as they are allowed to, and then send the refund to me, as I had paid for Special Delivery and not received it on time. Puretrex refused to do that.

Bought the mushroom gummies.
They are sugar gummies. No effects whatsoever compared to other brands.
Researched the company, they're addressed at a private house in a village near Edinburgh. No factory, no office, no LinkedIn profile. Pure scam.
Reporting them to consumer agency and ask them to publish the gummies tests or get the ones I had tested to stop this scam.
Reply does not answer about LinkedIn (no one works there or is proud to be part of the team?) and the address I speak about is the registered address on Companies House.
Where are those fabulous factories and laboratories? Publish the tests of those mushroom gummies.

I bought elite mullein drops a little over two weeks ago! i suffer from gerd and sinus problems, plus i smoke around 15/17 rollups a day….suddenly upon waking i couldnt catch my breath, it scared me because i have had these issues for years and all of a sudden at 65 yrs of age this happened….i take 50 upon waking and 50 before bed, and the difference is immense…in a morning it brings up all the rubbish from my lungs and at night i dont wake up coughing! i will continue to buy…thankyou puretrex
