Great product quick international delivery

Product (GIG) was suboptimal quality, doesn't reliably vaporize concentrates (cbd, essential oil or tincture or what have you) even at maximum voltage, is poorly designed with groove around the heating element that makes concentrate collect there without vaporizing and just clogs the whole thing up. Battery life is also abysmal, it's like they went and got a three dollar bulk battery, added a cheap paint/finish, then tripled the markup. Stainless steel finish to the battery and bowl leaves small shiny flecks on hands after use and requires constant hand washing lest you get random particulate from god-only-knows what combination of metals in your concentrates which will then become aerosolized by heating... Absolutely unacceptably bad construction based on that alone, genuinely a health hazard. (even if it's typical of the industry, given that the company's shtick is that they improved on the general vape pen design and has a health conscious bent too, with the 'medical grade' stainless steel being a prominent feature).

Fast shipping easy to find great quality comes with everything you need the heat settings you have to get used to but other than that awesome product and will buy again

I purchased the 1x Magnum 3 back in May of 2021. I saw it on Instagram advertised by Cheech & Chong. So, I bought it. I have not successfully used it yet. Maybe it's me. I looked on their webpage but there were no directions on how to add the water or how much. I figured there could only be one of two ways, into the top or into the bottom of the bubbler. I tried both ways and consistently get water into my mouth.

This product was so awesome I started off with the Titanic 3 and I was so amazed at the performance that I went ahead and purchased the Magnum 3 with the bubbler and bubbler attachment also have the bubbler attachment for the Titanic 3 and both these products are super awesome would recommend them to anybody. I recommended it to a friend and she bought one and absolutely loves it, thanks again Puri5.

I really wish there was better instructions how everything worked. even a current video.. Everything I'm finding on Youtube is a different model from what I bought. It's very frustrating trying to learn your devise. The quality seems good by touch but time will tell.

baterry only last for 7 round of 5 minutes after that takes like 3 hours to be full charge! the smoke cloud is not the one i need even at 420 also use it at 420 is like always running at maximum of this equip ....is not bad but is not what they show on video

An amazing portable vaporizer, works very well especially with the bubbler, HOWEVER my first device did have some issue where it went into protect mode after about a month and wouldn’t function. A few weeks after sending the device back, Puri5 sent a whole new device set though( at not cost, other than shipping for the faulty device), and this one (despite one random protect warning) has been working well for the past month. Perhaps my first device was simply defective, if only Puri5 offered a more in depth manual and troubleshooting guide for such an expensive device, bc until then I never new the device would do such a thing.
