Broken and Unresponsive

The unit broke in less than 6 months. It started making a very loud noise on and off for a while and then it became constant.
I tried to contact them and they do not respond. This is very sketchy.

I placed order on 12th December 2025
After multiple emails no response and now the company says its not available any more.
No way of getting refund and shop hadn't replied either

I ordered a 3 pack of the air purifiers in the end of financial year sale on June 19th....status is STILL sitting at Ordered and I have contacted them 4 tines via their support email and rwice via the Shop app, and i got a reply at beginning of August sating it was a logistical issue and that my order would be sent the next week.

4 months later and they have ghosted me and refuse to provide any update and rhwres no way to contest or get a refund for service not provided. Buyer beware!!

Ordered 27/08/25 have sent several emails and messages no answer from them!
Still haven’t received the items!!!

I ordered in June and received no updates. I contacted them twice and haven't heard a thing. It seems their website has since been taken down

The product is nothing more than a scam.

After questioning that it was doing anything, I opened it up to find the device is nothing more than a device with steel weights at the bottom, and a USB power unit that operates a small fan. Nothing more, no air purification parts, as suspected.

Purchased one of these units in March 2025, by June 2025 it was not working properly anymore. I contacted their customer service with a video of the unit and the noise it was making. They proceeded to tell me they would replace the unit plus send me another one if I'd one for a fraction of the cost. I agreed. Emailed back and forth. Then they ghosted me.
The reason why they only have a 30 day money back guarantee is that they only last 40 days

If I could rate 0 stars, then that is what this place would receive. I placed an order 4 months ago and I have contacted their support several times, I was advised it was a logistical issue and when I requested a refund they gave me the run around. I followed up today the email has bounced. This company is a scam and I have no way of getting my money back. Extremely disappointed and disgusted, how companies like this are allowed to con and scam people. Completely and utterly disappointed.

Order never sent, when I finally got in contact with them they said it was a logistics issue and will send again. I got a confirmation email and never received anything. When I asked about it I never got a reply. Seems like a scam company.

This company has taken $133 from me, never provided a product and not answering emails NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Absolutely a waste of time and money!! Ordered in June, paid via PayPal, raised a review with PayPal saying I still wanted the product. Also tried contacted the company and have no reply from their message centre or support email. I was really looking forward to getting this product and am so disappointed with them

Ordered months ago, not recieved, no responses...

Scam! Worst customer service ever.
I placed my order over a month ago JUNE 30 , 2025 and still haven’t received it. I’ve asked for a refund and have gotten no response.
Do NOT order from this company!

We have bought 7 purifair filters, 2 became very noisy & after sending photo's of the bottom & a short video, 2 were replaced. As there is only a 1year warranty, we have just had another one under 18 months that has become noisy. Sent emails & video & as only a 1 year warranty not covered. Funny used the same usb to take a video of the faulty one, connected the one that was good & it started to become noisy. It settled, but 4 out of 7 is rather a concern. Will definitely not buy any more.

Advertised as fully portable but it’s not . Their PDF says does not need to be plugged in (I assume after full charge) however customer service advised they do have to be plugged in . I’ve sent 5 emails and reply says looking into it !!!
30 day money back guarantee obviously will expire before I get instructions on returning the items .
It also says in the PDF must be 1 meter from any furniture or walls - even if this was possible , the cable is not even a meter long - so that’s 2 complete lies in product pitch .
Appallling as like many others I have a respiratory condition and believed all the lies .
Still waiting ……………

Received my product today. It does not work.
Nothing happened when plugged into cable.
How can company improve product?
By supplying operating goods!!
I have a lung disease and hoped to get help from this item.

The Product presents as if it is portable and can be used on the go but it doesn't turn on unless plugged in through the chord. I'm not convinced it is working at all despite being on.

I bought three units. None of them produced negative ions. Just a fan noise.
They offered 30% refund.

This is a scammmmm, I guarantee any 5 star reviews saying this works is a paid review because they do nothing. Faulty products, the attachment that connects to the usb to power it breaks easily. The website makes it seem like you can take them on the go with you like it has its own power but it needs to be plugged in the whole time. 1/3 of my purchase “worked” (turned on) but there were no quality of air changes to my room when used. Spend your money on an actual air purifier with a FILTER that WORKS, and isn’t incredibly LOUD like the Purifair

Has not posted, says they are looking into it and nothing. Please refund me.
