Like that the mix is all natural and don't mind the gritty texture as I feel it adds fibre but the flavors are so subtle that its hard to distinguish between them. The Cherry Bakewell & Mixed Frui... See more

Fantastic natural shakes! Really impressed with these! All wholesome natural ingredients with no nasties. I like the fact they use stevia as a sweetener rather than artificial sweetener. So far I’ve purchased pistachio, cherry, strawberry and chai latte from the vegan range. They all taste great, not too overpowering 👍
I originally bought Purition after a total Achilles tendon rupture when I had no appetite & couldn’t stand on one leg for long enough in the kitchen even to fix a smoothie from fresh ingredients. I had read that getting plenty of clean protein was a good way to aid recovery so searched for vegan protein powders but most were packed with artificial ingredients. I am going to be 50 in a couple of months & the consultant at the hospital who saw me for follow-up a month later said it was amazing how quickly it was healing, which I attribute in part to drinking these shakes every day. I will carry on buying them even after I am back to normal because I enjoy them, find them tasty & naturally nutritious (without offputting stevia aftertaste) & also because they are helping me shed the Covid related excess weight! The excellent customer care is also a deciding factor in me ordering several bulk bags & committing to be a regular customer. So happy to have discovered this product & company! : )
Lovely shakes. Cannot understand people saying they are horrible. I look forward to mine every morning. And better still they definitely help with weigh loss. I have 2 shakes per day mixed with milk of choice and they keep the hunger pangs at bay. Definitely recommend..
I tried purition as shake and as porridge amazing taste and orange chocolate and chocolate beetroot have more to taste but I liked it 100%
I was caution after reading the reviews but I really like these. I had a taster pack of 24 and enjoyed them all. I think its important to have a (hand) blender to get a good mix. The flavour is good and I like the nutty crunch. I've order 3 large packs now and will use to replace a meal or 2, so I can lose this extra stone I'm carrying.
I try to be as vegan as possible. I wouldn't say I'm 100% vegan but I try to make 80% of my intake to be. Recently wanting to lose weight and carrying out resistance training with a PT, I wanted to find a faster way to increase my protein and fibre intake, in as much of a natural way as possible. This is where Purition comes in and it certainly ticked my box. I started with a box of 12 and have just ordered my big bags now. In terms of taste, it depends what you're looking for. I'm not looking for something full of flavour but I do want it to be enjoyable. I have found mixing it with ice makes a massive difference and I enjoy it much more. As for the texture, I don't mind it because I know it is whole-food seeds and less processed. This is now my morning breakfast 6 days a week and I really look forward to it.
I really love Purition. I only discovered it a week ago but am a total convert. It tastes great (so far have had the chocolate flavour and the coffee flavour) when I mix it into yoghurt. I love that it's got only good stuff in it and it manages to actually fill me up! I've tried several shake type products before but always had to force myself to have it, whereas this is something I genuinely enjoy eating.
I love Purition! I like the ingredients. The stevia is an acquired taste but the only sweetener that doesn’t upset my stomach so I don’t mind it at all. Strawberry and chocolate are my favourite and I mix them with coconut milk.
I have tried other meal replacements in the form of drinks. They didn’t suit me. I mix 40 grams of Purition with (full fat) Greek yogurt, and find it delicious and filling. I love the crunchy, nutty bits and I always feel as though I’ve had a ‘proper’ meal rather than a drink to keep me going until I have something to eat! I can quite understand why some people may not get on with the use of stevia - I suspect they may be super-tasters, who probably also hate brussel sprouts! I have found using Purition to replace one meal a day is helping me lose the covid stone steadily and easily without feeling deprived.
Sorry Purition - your shakes seemed to have everything - nutrition, fill you up, low calorie, decent vegan options - but the artificial sweetener aftertaste from the stevia is overpowering and revolting - in all the flavours I tried - I cannot understand why other reviewers can't taste it. If you get around to doing a vegan range without the artificial sweetener let me know and I'll be back for more.
I bought several flavours to try as a potential meal substitute for my lunches but 4 sachets in and I cannot stomach any more. I honestly wondered if I was mixing it wrong, as after reading a large number of positive reviews I expected these to taste good and be a filling lunchtime option but they're unpalatable with chunky bits/ seeds and a thick, gunky texture that stuck in my throat and was so unpleasant to drink, it made me feel sick and actually gagged drinking it, it felt like something was stuck in my throat afterwards/ an unpleasant after taste for at least an hour which has never happened with any other prods like this that I've tried. Attempt 1, coffee and walnut flavour I used a blender, only mixing with milk and a squirt of honey as a slight sweetener. It was a frothy, bitty, grainy texture drink that I forced half down then threw the rest away it was that bad with huge nut pieces than was horrible to include as a drink. I thought it would be nut flavoured not bitty actual nut pieces. Attempt 2, banana flavour this time, no blender, I re-read reviews and tried adding fruit this time and a small dollop of yoghurt to thicken my smoothie mix that I shook up by hand in a shaker. Thicker texture but still undrinkable and bitty. I then tried my 3rd attempt as a porridge..it is just grainy with an odd synthetic after taste?! I honestly don't know what I'm doing wrong but these have all been disappointing and inedible due to horrible taste and horrible texture like a bowl of forgotten about cereal milk mush or a slimming world shake that has been left out in the sun for a few days then someone has dared you to drink it. Sadly these just aren't for me, I'm disappointed as I've tried several competitor / similar products and had a pleasant experience but these weren't nice. They'd sounded so promising but I've thrown the remainder away as they're disappointing overall and I can't seem to find a way to stomach them, or blend in a way that gets rid of the bitty, gunky concoctions I managed to make each time..maybe it's just me!
I went low carb (keto) 5 years ago and after slipping off the wagon a bit I put a little weight back on which I've struggled to shift. I saw Purition shakes, read expert/customer reviews, and decided to get 12 sachets of varying flavours.
They arrived within a couple of days, nicely packaged. As I'm using them as a meal replacement, the price was reasonable, but if it's for 'snacks', I'd think the sachets were a bit pricey.
I'm on day 5 of my shakes (coffee & walnut today), and am loving them. I have 1 shake blended with 100ml of double cream, 100ml unsweetened almond milk, 2tbsp MCT oil, ½ avocado and maybe a couple of blueberries or strawberries...smooth, very easy to blend and every flavour so far is delicious! Dinner is normal keto and nothing else for the day.
Day 5 and I feel awesome, heaps of energy, no hunger pangs and I've already lost 1.2kg....Very happy bunny 😃
Making an informed decision based on read reviews I did make a purchase. I bought the raspberry pack and when you open the bag it does smell of raspberries- that’s where it ends unfortunately. So using two electrical methods of blending - the mix was still grainy. I tried mixing it with yogurt- poor taste and yes really bitty with no taste - maybe of grain but not raspberry. I did politely feedback when I heard from the nutrition expert but sadly she just urged me to use it as a porridge- which I don’t eat. It’s really not for me and if you are going to add fruit to this product then it’s defeating the object too. It needs refinement and attention to detail.
I ordered from Sust, a company that preaches being completely plastic free and environmentally friendly...only to later find out it was owned by this lot.
I don't know what's worse; greenwashing as a means to get more customers, or the fact your plastic laden products are actually more expensive suggesting it's not a production cost problem.
I am a vegetarian on a low carb eating programme. I'm familiar with several brands of protein/meal replacement shakes but have been looking for something to help me keep up my protein intake easily but without any 'nasties'. I ordered the sample box of 12 sachets of Pruition shakes in assorted flavours, which arrived very promptly. The ones I've had so far have been really tasty and blend very easily. I also appreciate the range and variety of flavours available. So far, they are ideal for me! Unlike other reviewers, I like the slight crunch from seeds etc. I'll be purchasing bags of my favourite flavours once I have finished the sample box, for sure!
When I first tried the sample box I thought these a great alternative to the more well known weight loss programmes on the market with better nutrition. They certainly kept you full for 4 - 5 hours, not the best tasting but did the job.
However after a while I found I get intense stomach pain. I tried almond and oat milk instead of cow's and still the crippling pain and I don't have issues with milk. The full 40g would kill me, halved to 20g of powder but it still cause me a lot of pain an hour after having it. I eat nuts and seeds and don't have this issue, I don't know why it doesn't agree but it is a shame.
There is an after taste which I really cannot tolerate - I tried three different flavours and it's the same with each one and it is really hard to stomach. Obviously a personal thing but unfortunately means these are not for me. On the plus side, I did find that they mixed well into a shake without going grainy, unlike other brands I have tried. Shame about the taste!
I don’t usually write reviews but I thought I’d take the time for this one. I started purition about 3 weeks ago as I was looking for a protein powder without aspartame. I started with a pack of 6 tasters and I loved all of them apart from chocolate and hazelnut (which is weird as I thought this would be my fave). I have bought another 12 tasters to try more flavours before to commit to bigger bags. I love the taste of coffee and walnut, pistachio, coconut and vanilla!! Some people have complained about the fact you could taste the nuts but I love that! I mix the powder with yogurt and it makes it a bit crunchy. Really really delicious stuff! Don’t change a thing!
I chose Purition as an aid to weight loss. I want to be able to eat something at lunchtime without having to agonise over what it might be or how many calories it may or may not contain. I wanted something nutritious and, importantly, without sucralose or aspartame. The Stevia swung it for me and although it's still detectable I find it palatable with the addition of a small amount of honey. I was pleased to find the availability of the one-serving sachets, meaning that I could try out the flavours without having to commit to a large order and financial outlay. That was the final deciding factor.
I am erring towards the cocoa, chocolate and hazelnut and the coffee and walnut (although, inexplicably, not the chocolate orange). Again, the flavour is enhanced by the addition of some extra cocoa powder and instant coffee respectively. There is a distinctive background flavour of what tastes like coconut but again, not unpleasant. I like the overall "milkshake" texture (40g in 200ml semi-skimmed milk) but if I wanted it thinner I could add more milk or water. The "bits" are something I've had to get used to but I don't mind them too much now. I would be lying if I said it fills me up for long but if I'm going to eat less I have to get used to feeling hungry more often.
The website is fairly easy to navigate although the 40g sachet deal was tricky to find. I persevered only because I knew it was there somewhere!
I like the idea of being able to order discounted sachets along with the bags. It will encourage me to try other flavours. The service has been excellent and the delivery prompt.
On the whole, an excellent product containing no "nasties".
The only thing I would query is the use of plastic but I guess it's the age-old problem of packaging foodstuffs.
I am working my way through my first 3 bags and will undoubtedly be ordering some more.
Keep up the good work
Really great customer service. I had an issue with a return and they resolved it in a very prompt and generous way. I love their products as they don't contain additives and are sweetened with stevia rather than sucralose like a lot of other protein blends and meal replacements are They do need to be blended well but it's worth it for the quality of the ingredients. Has lots of natural phytoestrogen from the linseeds so great for perimenopause. I am using them as part of a 1200kcal diet alongside homemade veg soups and oatcakes and find this to be a good nutritional balance.
