A very pleasant experience at the purity clinic, where I had the enlighten treatment. Great results. Dr Sharma and her team are very professional and helpful. Would highly recommend them!!

Would like to give no stars . Worst dentist on earth. Run by clowns. You go for treatment and they end up making things worse. You get there on time for your appointment then they tell you it's been changed without telling you. They need to be struck off. Disgusting.!!!!

Extremely deflating experience today. I've kept this dentist for years, and even though I don't live local I've stayed loyal to this dentist for a long time and still travel back to Dudley to see this dentist. I was 10min late and got told for rebook and that I couldn't even sit and wait for another dentist to become free. No consideration that I travel 35-40min each time to come and see them and must pass several practises on the way before reaching this one. I've decided that this practise isn't what it used to be and it's time I find a dentist closer to me as this one really doesn't appreciate the 15 years of business I've given to them. Receptionist didn't even try to accommodate anything at all, it's like they can't be arsed to help patients..I'd rate 0 for today's experience if I could.

Dr Sharma is the most honest person! She is professional and will tell you if you don’t need a particular treatment & recommend another if needed. Very ethical & a perfectionist in what she does. All the staff are so lovely and professional. Well done purity clinic - keep up the great work!

Lovely clinic, friendly greeting as you walk in. I was a bit nervous to have my lips done but I was numbed, didn't feel a thing and they look great. I'll be back soon for some more treatments soon

Fully explained procedure , reassurance given throughout the procedure, follow up call the following day to see if all was well. Friendly polite staff from beginning to end .

I have to give purity 5 stars Dr Sharma & staff are incredible nothings too much trouble they really look after you and make you feel really relaxed I enjoy my visits and the spring event was fantastic the food & drinks were exceptional and a great turnout. Based on first impressions and my first experience at Purity Clinic, there is no hesitation in recommending them for medical or beauty treatments.
On arrival I was warmly greeted and informed where to go.
The Chiropractor who carried out my free consultation made me feel at ease and provided clear information to understand, based on my concerns. Subsequently, I have booked a follow up consultation with treatment.
The beauty therapist who carried out my full body massage was warm, friendly and professional. She ensured that I was comfortable throughout the treatment. As a relaxing experience, I will be having all further beauty treatments carried out at Purity Clinic.

So far my experience has been good, the staff are polite and welcoming. Very professional enviroment with knowledgeable staff. Would recommend the clinic ,defintaly for the quality of treatment and skills provided to a client.
