I was referred to Daniel at Purity Outdoors to help with a malfunctioning Weinor awning that we purchased in 2022 from a company that had unfortunately stopped trading. Daniel suggested a few troubleshooting actions and offered to come and repair if it was unsuccessful. Response to my enquiry was within the hour! The initial diagnostics and troubleshooting tips worked and he made a follow up call this evening to check if further support was needed. I am very impressed with the customer care and would not hesitate to recommend them for any aftercare or like me when feeling totally ‘lost’ due to unforeseen circumstances. He did not try to sell me any service packages or charged for his expertise. Delighted to have received such genuine caring service which is a rare commodity in the present day. Just had a Victorian style veranda fitted.
Daniel was on hand to answer any questions and make sure we were happy with the design and layout from the first enquiry. The quality of the product is really good and the lads who came to fit it were professional and courteous. I have to say it’s been a pleasure dealing with them and I would recommend them to anyone.

Just had a Kubata awning with down lights installed. Looks fantastic, easy to use with remote, perfect for sitting outside day and evening.

Daniel from Purity Outdoors was very well informed. From the initial site visit with samples for the sun shade canopy I wanted to purchase for my south facing home. Communications were excellent as were the installation guys. It was an exceptionally windy day. Perfect! As in enabled them to set the sensitivity for the automatic retraction function. Which assured me it would do it if needed. Much relief 😅 The installation guys were extremely tidy. Which was great. The whole process from purchasing to installation was communicated to me on every update.
The installation guys were great professional and tidy. They were happy to play with our dog and pull faces at the grandkids to keep them amused whilst the children watching them doing the installation.

Really pleased with the Veranda. The fitters were great. They did a really good job, cleared all the waste away. The area where the Veranda was fitted was left spotless. Really polite. I was extremely impressed, good value for money. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

After searching and pondering for some time over a cover for hot tub we were given a number of options and detailed specs to ensure it met our requirements. Delivered and installed on date promised and an excellent addition to the home.
