Awful

Awful. Never received my item and they have ignored all my emails requesting an update and subsequent refund request. Will need to attempt to get a chargeback through my bank. Avoid this company.

hello your order has just been flagged as late by royal mail, after contacting them it seems they have lost your parcel we have sent out a replacement today, we are really sorry about this if the original does show up feel free to keep it as a sign of goodwill.

note we couldn't send you a email as your emails not valid and have gotten any emails from you regarding this.

Poor and dishonest company

Poor and dishonest company. Partnered with them via Shopify Collective.

1 order got sent back to them but they ignore all emails to refund us.

Another order they sent the wrong cards and all damaged to a customer. Again they ignore all emails.

Completely unreliable partner who ignores all messages to keep money meaning a civil court claim will now have to be raised to recover funds.

I would avoid and deal with a wholesaler directly in future.

looking more i see the ref order number #1382 it was delivered to the buyer and we haven't had any return for it we will be happy to refund you out of good will.
