I have been using purple frog for many years to find me tenants for my two rental properties and do all of the preliminary paperwork. I manage them myself throughout the year.
Purple frog and the team are efficient, timely and respond well to emails. A few years back they were inefficient with managing my keys (they were lost twice) but I believe a change to the system has meant that this has not happened since.
I really am very happy and have no reason to change. Becs and Michael are super helpful and efficient making the whole process simple. Thanks both.

I would give zero stars if i could. Absolute shambles of a company. Withholding my deposit along with seven others for numerous months now with little to no communication. when living at the property we went without a washing machine for a couple of months, had a fire door that didn’t open and was told ‘to kick open if need be’. had an alarm that didn’t work for the majority of our stay in the house. Was told we would be compensated for al the issues that happened whilst we lived there…that never happened. Regards to the deposit, had a very rude and blunt response from Konnar which he has refused to follow up on. Honestly would not recommend this agency to anyone.
