Excellent Customer Service

The team were quick to respond to my enquiry, getting me a viewing on the same day. The member of staff showing me round, Sal, was friendly and knowledgable. I’d recommend PurpleFrog to friends.

Thank you so much to Purple Frog for…

Thank you so much to Purple Frog for finding tenants for my three bed rental near the Queen Elizabeth hospital and University for the 12 months from July 2024. I always find the team at Purple Frog helpful and very knowledgeable so that I don’t hesitate to pick up the phone to them when I don’t know something. With listing this property and finding really lovely tenants it is Tom who has put a great deal of effort into sorting it out for us. He has taken any stress out of the letting process and done it all with efficiency, no fuss and professionalism. Thank you so much Tom for everything you have done to arrange the letting.

Appalling service …

The person who was booked by head office to call didn’t and when I emailed I received an out of office automated message- and won’t be back for another 3 weeks. Appalling service from the branch manager at Bristol

Scrooge is working at the Bristol…

Scrooge is working at the Bristol Branch of Purple frogs. My son, a student on low income is still waiting for his out of pocket expense to the sum of £60 to be reimbursed from September 2023 were in December 2023 as I write this .... Is this a record for administrative incompetence? This came about despite copious warning about a water leak that they refused to repair until it actually flooded. He spent 2 nights in other accommodation and had to live in the property while workman repaired the leaking waste water and then waited a further extended period for the area to be cleaned.

Awful. Avoid.

Whatever you do, do not use this company.

I am a Professional Landlord of almost 10 years with multiple properties in many areas with many agents. Purple Frog sadly have been awful

Over the past few months I have had to endure:

- property with no tenants having been told that tenants were moving in
- delayed/incorrectly set up bill accounts
- payments delayed/ inflexible payment systems
- tenants being offered payment plans beyond the normal monthly rental payments without consultation/confirmation from the owner
- empty rooms (still after 5 months!) despite being helped with leads
- properties not inspected quarterly as per contract
- shoddy maintenance work from contractors (just one example of many- I asked for ground/1st floor windows to be painted and they painted the walls! But only two floors of a three storey house!)
- high maintenance charges- £55 to drop off a hoover and tune a TV?! etc

Horrendous customer service with defensive and unhelpful tenant relations.

Tenant in the property very unhappy also with the service offered by Purple Frog.

I’m afraid that one of PF's clients summed it up when I was in the Nottingham office a few months back-

“I wish I wasn’t with PF, they are renowned for being useless but it was the only company with a house left so what was I supposed to do…….”

You have been warned.

Stefan gave great tour of flat

Stefan showed me around a flat I was viewing, did a great job, told me everything I needed to know and answered any questions I had. He also provided me with everything I needed to reserve the property. I have tried to call the office on a number of occasions and rarely get through, but i’m assuming this is because they are busy.
