A good estate agent. Lots of variety when looking for student houses. Rob has been managing our property. The last few weeks he has been very quick to respond to emails and maintenance issues. At the start of the academic year they were a bit slow but it seems to be sorted now.

Had a house viewing with you. Paid the deposit. Later for you to tell me it had been let 3 WEEKS prior! Then as if that wasn’t bad enough, upon seeking a refund you told me on 3 occasions in a 2 week period that you’d give me a refund (I’m still yet to receive it).

A staggering betrayal of trust. This is a business set up by two Students from Birmingham University to "change student accommodation for the better and provide the service that tenants and landlords deserve"
Nothing could be further from the truth. What may have started with good intentions has now become a cynical, greedy, shameless business preying on vulnerable students, hoping their inexperience in dealing with letting agents lets them off the hook. Avoid Purple Frog at all costs.
