No response from seller, left without what I have paid for

Paid for an ITIL certification course, all emails to the seller post purchase have bounced back, all staff contacts have no allegedly left the business and no way to contact the business.

Companies house claim they are still operational but am now having to seek recourse through the bank unless they decide to get back to me.

Dont know what is going on over there but do not use Purple Griffon, from my experience it is a scam.

Invoice paid, but no goods!

I ordered a hardcopy of an ITIL book for an exam I passed, paid their invoice at the start of May and heard nothing back. So I decided 2 weeks ago to ask when the book would turn up..... but I can't get hold of anyone at the company. All the email addresses I have at Purple Griffon are bouncing as undeliverable, and their phone number on their Website just states that person isn't available.
So at the moment, I've paid an invoice, haven't received the book, and can't get hold of anyone.
This is not acceptable.

I really enjoyed the course

I really enjoyed the course, Adrian was amazing the trainer and very knowledgeable and this was great to see - The only thing that has stoped me giving 5 star is that there is no interactional learning or group work and is very spoken at course and slides read to us, I am a practical learner and believe if this was interactive I would of understood more.

Bob was great

Bob was a really good trainer with a broad knowledge of all subjects relating to the course. Even if the course itself could have been quite dry Bob did his best to get engagement from us all and make it as enjoyable as it could be for what it is.

Practical and good

Good course with a bit more practical flavour. It reminds me of the processes we had back in v3 with a bit of extra focus on value and customer. Lots of terminology to remember.

Really informative!

Really informative, engaging 3 day course for ITIL4. Bob our trainer was a really nice, knowledgeable trainer and not only taught us about ITIL4 but how to pass the exam.
