This company/companies do not deserve any star rating, looks likely to be scammers predating on those wanting to commemorate Armistice day or purchase for Remembrance services...beware!
I ordered a brooch and optional car sticker on 26 October 2023 from a Facebook page advert called horsetribute.co.uk which also links to purpleheroes.com.
I sent a contact form query last Saturday 4th November 2023 as I had not received a dispatched email and I'd checked my spam, so that I could track my delivery. Their website states delivery within 1 - 5 days for UK. No reply received to date or any emails from them whatsoever.
I've sent another email purpleheroes today requesting a refund as wanted the brooch for Armistice day and it has not been received nor has it dispatched as far as I am aware.
They look likely to be scammers so beware. Brooches look beautiful which drew me in.
Hope that Facebook or BBC can look into this as it looks like a number of people have not received their orders.
Update my emails that I am sending to them today 11th November to their support and info email accounts at purple heroes keep saying "can't send" !
Another update 22:00 11th November 2023:
My order was finally delivered today after I'd written above. The packaging states it was posted on 3rd November 2023 so its been slow getting to me.
If the company had kept me informed there would've been no need for me to write this review.
They need to improve their customer service and maybe use a better courier company.

Maybe a scam or bad business.
I had no confirmation of my order and money was taken out on the 2nd of November and my badge has not arrived. The order was the 1st November.
I wanted it for remembrance day and it was to commemorate all who served including animals.
It was advertised on facebook. Now the 10th November 2023.

Have received dispatch email
Originally i thought it was s scam, I had contacted them twice and had no response. They took my money and I heard no more. Today I have received an email stating dispatch and date of delivery. So I have had to edit my previous post to a 4 star. If only they had confirmed receipt of order. I just hope my two pins arrive now.
