Fantastic Online Service
I ordered a glass from the Purple Moose Brewery website to replace one that had been broken. I had a query relating to the delivery time and this was resolved efficiently; both by email and a phone call. In addition, the box containing the glass was extremely well packaged in order to minimise any risk of breakage. I can heartily recommend this brewery for its online service and also for the ales it produces; some of which have been sampled in its home town of Porthmadog in North Wales.

My second order of 15 bootles of Dark…
My second order of 15 bottles of Dark Side of the Moose - lovely drop of ale. I ordered on the Thursday and it was delivered on the Friday morning. I can't really fault the process. Ordering - a breeze, delivery - very swift and packaging that stops that familiar clinking of glass in transit. They've got a great product, a great courier and fab packing, it helps set the scene for a nice, enjoyable ale.

Purple Moose Ale
My dad loves Purple Moose ale ( dark side of the moon ) but we live 3hrs away from Porthmadog brewery so u can see how happy we am knowing we can simply order online and have it delivered , so easy to do , no complications and the guys who deliver it is also 5 star ,***** Thank You *****

Super quick service it was dispatched…
Super quick service it was dispatched the same day. Dropped an email as had an issue with ordering on line and sorted (and ordered) in 30 mins. Tried the gin at a pub in Holywell so looking forward to tasting it. Other half regularly drinks the ales when at home in Wales so some bottles made their way into the basket!

Steam train ale (Eyrie/Snowdonia ale)
We tried the beer on the Porthmadog steam train earlier this year and ordered some on return which I enjoyed.
Although the delivery charge is a tad off putting the discounts offered periodically slightly offset it.
Well worth trying the Snowdonia ale in my opinion.
