I had a small problem with one of the products I purchased. With an email which was answered very quickly, replacements were sent which I received a few days later.
The products and customer service are fantastic.

Simple to order and quick efficient delivery.

Could not recommend Jason and this company highly enough. After a delivery mistake out of their hands, he was incredibly understanding and managed to secure a refund for me in less than 24 hours. He then kindly offered to send out a new set free of charge. They have gone above and beyond to help and I really appreciate it. Great customer service and customer experience.

Everything was absolutely fab. Order arrived super fast, packaged really well and presented beautifully. The products were all great - the canvas', stands, brushes, paints... we has everything we needed for a really fun stay at home date night. We've got plenty of product left too, and the pallet and brushes washed up well so we can use it all again!

Great packaging and delivery experience. Haven't looked inside as it's a gift
