Your people are understaffed

Your people are understaffed, you need more folks on support. It would also be good to get "I got your message, I'll look into it asap" sort of confirmations instead of only being pinged when they have an actual update. Other than that, it's a good service that makes bringing cripto into Brazil easily even when the bank doesn't allow it directly.

Good

It's a good withdrawal system but when I withdrawed in USD I got half of what I had won on the casino, a bit disappointed but still got my money and really good support.

For a long time i have been trying to…

For a long time i have been trying to find a way to sell my crypto that is actually real however all this p2p exchanges and other crypto exchange systems really confused me until i stumbled across pursa. I would say this is the best thing that i came across and i personally made over 7 transactions valued at over $2K, support is excellent and answers my inquires and questions. My transactions are compleated under 10 minutes which is mindblowing.
I might aswell gatekeep this service and i hope they continue like this forever. Although the fees can be abit of a hussle but its reasonable what do you expect, anonymous and quick service for a little fee. Excellent service i would recommend this to anyone that wants to sell their crypto to whatever exchange method they prefer!!!!

I am really happy this service exists

I am really happy this service exists. I have used it two times and it is really slick. I am writing this review so others use the service, so they make enough money to stick around. It is good to have a service like this.

What I love about the company is the customer service. I have never had a problem in terms of payment. Sure they take their time, about 20mins from start to finish, but if you can get over that. Welcome to a company that puts their customers first. I'm only giving them 4stars because noone is perfect...
