Craft Hub was founded in 2019 by Isabelle and Pierre, parents of three kids in Montreal, Canada. Craft Hub is the answer of a very important question for parents: “How can we find creative and fun activities to recommend our kids to play”? Especially in a world where kids are so easily confronted with video games portals. Isabelle and Pierre thus came up with the idea to create a store that would provide games enhancing the creativity of their loved ones. While the store initially targeted kids, adults progressively became the main customers of the store as they do were looking to satisfy their quest for creativity. After all, creators have no age! Craft Hub is now present on three continents and is serving hundreds of creative seekers per day. Fun, challenging, quality puzzles

Anna Brown has been consistently responsive. When my order was reported to have been delivered in late January, but had not, in fact, arrived, I was informed (through the tracking app, if I remember correctly) that it would NOT be delivered due to inadequate postage. Anna indicated that there had been a problem with the carrier and offered to resend my order or refund. I asked to have my order resent. When I hadn’t received my order by February 20, I asked for information about the shipment. Anna replied on February 22 with the tracking number and link, advised that delivery might take 10-15 days. My order arrived on February 26.
I’ve put all 8 puzzles together since their arrival. Initial inspection of each resulted in skepticism that solution was possible. They are challenging and beautiful, and solution is, in fact, possible. I purchased the small option of each puzzle and, given my decreased fine-motor dexterity (due to increased age), that added a bit more to the overall challenge.

Puzzles up are Scammers

It’s been six weeks and many emails to puzzles up. USPS is showing a label was created but my package was not received. They keep insisting it shipped and would arrive soon. They advertise that you can expect a delivery date between 7-10 days. All of the messages to me are automated. They keep saying it’s been shipped. Perhaps it has shipped from China. With that being said, it also means that it’s not been shipped by USPS. It won’t arrive in time for the birthday gift. I think I’ll go to my bank and contest the charges. This is not an ethical company. They just keep lying to me. I don’t care how nice the puzzles may be. This company is a scam operation. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Clever puzzles with plenty of choices. Excellent communication when shipment took an unusually long time. I thought I had been scammed, however, the puzzles did arrive. I appreciated follow-up message from Anna.

Absolutely LOVE the puzzles

The real deal and the pieces are solid!

I saw these puzzles pop up on my phone and I looked up Puzzlesup. I saw a dragon hoarding books. I loved it! I could relate--I love books! So I bought the puzzle. When it came I was very intrigued by the designs and the style of the pieces. It took a bit to learn how to properly drop the pieces in place, but I loved it. I was just going to "look at it" and instead spent the next hour happily putting the puzzle together and then just enjoying the finished picture. I will probably take it apart and put it together again a few times before I set it and hang it on the wall. Yes, it is cool enough to hang on the wall...in my library/office of course.

I placed an order on 1/19/25

I placed an order on 1/19/25, #211956, and it was delivered to Fayetteville LA on 2/05/25, delivery address was for Mt. Juliet Tennessee. I contacted PuzzlesUp, the representative said they would replace my shipment…. I still do not have my shipment nor a refund of $141.83.

Brilliant

I got the Harry Potter boats to Hogwarts paint by numbers and I love it! Had spoken with a lovely lady Anna as the tracking for my package wasn’t working well and she was so helpful and lovely to talk to. Will definitely order more items

Amazing puzzles!

Although it took a while for the puzzles to arrive, they were worth the wait! They are as beautiful as they are fun to put together, and they have Harry Potter and Lord of the Ring designs...WHAAAAT?!?! The special shape pieces are adorable, and it's amazing how many gorgeous designs are available. Thank you!!

Anna Brown came through!

Anna Brown has been promising I would receive my substantial shipment in 7 days for over two months now! They never sent me a tracking number. Twice I have been told the shipment was delayed at the post office due to shipping costs.
I feared they were a scam, but I received my puzzles today!

My first order arrived with no…

My first order arrived with no problems. My second order said it was delivered and to this date I have not seen it, I did inquire about it and I was assured that it was on it's way and that it would be delivered in the next few days. I have NOT received it yet and I am angry. I did a third order and it says that it has shipped but so far that one has not arrived either. I have one puzzle from the first order that is missing two pieces and that does not make me happy either. I am beginning to think that I was scammed and the total cost was just under $250. I just want what I paid for.

I like their puzzles

I like their puzzles. Very pretty. I received the butterfly heart as a gift. Fun to work and pretty result.
I ordered the backing kit. And another puzzle.
I didn't like that my December order was lost and it took until February 27th to receive my order.
I did like that I got prompt emails when I communicated at each step.
The backing kit is adequate and helps to keep puzzle together to hang or get framed.

Great puzzles, love and appreciate the precision.

Firstly, I love your puzzles. I have purchased many. However, too often the plastic boxes arrive broken. A little extra packaging would help.

I wish I could filter the puzzles by size, not only by picture. I like to do the A2 and A3 puzzles the most, but it is very time consuming to go through all the puzzles. Another way to filter would be by price.

I would be willing to purchase some extra boxes to replace the ones that came in broken. Possible?

Appears to be a dishonest business

Puzzlesup has happy customer service reps BUT they falsely advertised a "store closing" sale, failed to provide either order of tracking numbers, claimed my order was "delivered" when it had only been shipped to a local facility, and offered me a $15 store credit to write this review, which I declined. It does not appear to be a reputable business.

Updated: Wish I would have come to this page…

3-1-25 Update: My puzzles arrived yesterday. I put one together last night. I'm so happy they arrived!!! The puzzle is beautiful and well made. All the pieces fit nicely together. It was fun and challenging. I'm guessing they got caught up in shipping. I feel sorry for and appreciate Anna, who they say is a real person. She has a lot of shipping issues to try to track down, I'm guessing since they are coming from overseas. She did respond to me several times throughout this process. With all that is going on in our government with imports, please be patient. They are well worth the wait!!

Wish I would have come to this page before purchasing my puzzles. I say my puzzles loosely, as like many others, I haven't received any puzzles yet. I too have been corresponding with "Anna Brown" and am not very hopeful that any resolution will be reached. I will be contacting the appropriate authorities if I do not hear from them in the next day or so (and not an automated robo response telling me to contact support at puzzlesup.com. Been there done that).
