I ordered a jigsaw for my parents for Christmas. I ordered the 1000 pieces and added a group of photos which had sentimental value.

The jigsaw came super quick.

The jigsaw was greatly appreciated at Christmas and brought a tear to the parents eyes!

My mum has finally completed the jigsaw and has noticed that there are several pieces missing. I emailed the company today and within 20minutes they had replied and had already created a new order for the same jigsaw to be made and sent to my parents.

The customer service has been amazing and the quality of the jigsaw is great!

This is a fantastic way to preserve a special picture In a unique way. Great service, good communication too.
Highly recommend to anyone wanting to turn a photo into a puzzle.

Good quality pieces interns of shape, some a little delicate, otherwise very pleased, will probably order a second puzzle

First, no problems with the product, I received the beautifully boxed, 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle I ordered, and once the online payment issue resolved (read on), it was shipped their end very quickly, so their manufacturing process seems very slick, and yes, I would order from this company again. However there were a couple of issues, hence my rating as only 3 stars. It is important to understand this company and its support centre, and manufacturing plant are in Germany. When I initially paid online with a debit card, the payment seemed to be held in abeyance so shipping was delayed. I called customer support who said payment had failed and wanted me to re-order and pay again, and to speak to my bank. The English speaking German lady would not accept that payment was held in a system to be collected at their end. My bank had advised that delays of up to 48hours for debit card payments are common and to wait, as it is up to the merchant to collect payment within the system. I waited and the payment was eventually successful. So much for their customer service dept, and good job I didn’t pay again! The second issue is that this company ship via UPS, who must be the worst courier service ever and which caused me considerable aggravation over delayed delivery. You can see my review of UPS - for whom 93% of Trustpilot reviewers rate them as very poor, - separately.

Great product. Initial issue resolved easily and quickly. Great service!

This is not a UK company

They do not deliver as promised and then hide behind terms & conditions.
Ruined a lockdown birthday surprise for my 75 year old Mother. Wish I'd read Trust pilot first. Certainly wouldn't have bought from an overseas company pretending to be UK provider.

The jigsaw they sent my mum had 5 missing pieces and 2 from another set. I asked them not to send a replacement as my mum doesn't like doing the same jigsaw twice and wouldn't use the replacement. They sent it anyway. I very specifically asked them not to send a replacement. They ignored me and did it any way. The very opposite of customer service. I will never buy another product from this company as they ignored my wishes and did what they wanted anyway. This was my experience.

Amazing service! Unfortunately my first jigsaw had a piece missing, i emailed and immediately got a response that a replacement would be sent straight out, which it was. Cant thank myphotopuzzle enough! X

I ordered this last month and it still hasn't been delivered to my Dad who lives on his own and i haven't seen due to lock down since November

Will do it again, good service although had problems paying on-line for puzzle but phone call sorted it.

As usual from ordering to delivery everything is simple and easy.
Delivery is always good & never a problem.
My only criticism would be that some of the pieces are jammed together and as a result the little lugs become damaged some what. Other than that, no problems.

Terrible was given this jigsaw as a Christmas present not even worth one star!!! There was 9 pieces missing and 4 pieces that did not even belong to this puzzle.

Went with Photopuzzle because they promised speedy delivery as my normal company admitted to being unable to do that. It is fraudalent that photopuzzle did not give the same honest admission up front.
The delivery was well over a month and the birthday it was a intended for was missed weeks ago. I shall never use photopuzzle again. I shall return to my previous company who would have taken 10 days, not 30.

All great apart from a blip with my card payment which meant i had to phone with details as no way to resubmit online. Puzzle is as I ordered, colours are good and it is a good quality card. great box too. I havent done the puzzle yet so can't comment on if it is complete but it looks good. It was my first order from here and i am sure i will order again. It is worth playing around with the uploaded photographs as it wasn't immediately obvious how i could alter or move them from the preset possition.

I ordered this 2000 piece puzzle on the afternoon of the 13th January and I could hardly believe it when it arrived by lunchtime on the 15th January! By contrast I had ordered a 1000 piece puzzle from another allegedly UK company on the 5 December and that arrived later the same day as the 2000 piece from Myphotopuzzle. Evidently that puzzle came from Europe! Say no more!

Absolutely delighted with my purchase. It was so well packaged and arrived on time! It is greatly appreciated by the recipient- it was a birthday present!

Purchased two-one for each 6 year old grandson. They loved them. I liked how I could use my own photos for a jigsaw. Didn't have to wait long for them to be delivered as a surprise to each boy also they were well made. Pleased with the purchases.

I received exactly what I ordered. This item arrived quickly
