Misleading website.
When ordering it states Free Delivery. Then once all details are filled in it adds a substantial amount for Delivery!
I am happy to send a screenshot.
When I tried to send a message the captcha tick does not show on a mobile so I can't send the message.

Wonderful design, especially for cat lovers, and great customers' support. A screw from one of the chairs from the garden set fell off and got lost and I asked Pylones if they can provide me with a substitute screw, since the chair was otherwise not useful, and they sent it via post. Thank you :)

They have an outstanding support. The local delivery firm forgot to send me the data to get my parcel in time a my package has been sent back. They reshipped my parcel without any additional charge. They respond within a few days usually to my letters.

Last december in Düsseldorf (Germany) I bought a solar duck in the Pylones store over there, meant as a present for my partner who stayed at home. Back home it appeares that the duck did'nt work, wich was very disappointing. Recently I decide to contact Pylones France about this situation, and within a couple of weeks I received a new SolarDuck for free. And it works! Great service!

Love the products. My parcel could not be delivered on 4th January as I was out. Told on tracker it was being returned to collection point, but where is that? Emailed 3 times, but no response. How do I get my parcel redelivered?? Terrible customer service.

I was saddened when Pylones closed their shops in Australia. Though I am happy to find it is very easy to order online and my gorgeous zebra nailbrush arrived quickly! I do still miss being able to wander in a colourful Pylones shop, but this is the next best thing. Thank you.

I specifically asked that Pylones invoice me but ship the package to a friend in Berlin, Germany.
They acknowledged this request on their website and my friend's address is still posted there. Despite this, they both billed and shipped the package to me in the USA. Despite multiple emails via their site and via my email and multiple calls which did not go through, Pylones has NOT responded with a satisfactory solution to my issue.

I love the Pylones patterns and colors! I had a problem with a kitchen scale not functioning, and they replaced it for me! I wish there were Pylones stores in the US!!

I ordered several textiles and other items for birthday gifts for my family. They arrived after one week (having come all the way to New Zealand). They had been packed well and were in perfect condition.
The items are beautiful, so bright and colourful. Pylones is my favourite shop.

I am a customer now for about 8 years and have never been unhappy. The products are not cheap but they are always worth the money. I use all of them almost daily, great quality, inspirational design. Two weeks ago I asked for a replacement part for my drinking bottle that I had lost somewhere. I have used these bottles for some years so it was no new item. They asked for details about the product to choose which part would be the right one and sent it to me without payment for anything. I am not used to good customer service like this, thank you very much, I will hopefully buy lots of products more in your shop in Stuttgart, Germany!

Amazing customer service. I bought a lovely pair of salad servers a year ago. One unfortunately broke so I wrote just to say I thought it was a problem with the design. I had no receipt, but they are sending me a replacement anyway. Far beyond what I expected, well done.
