I ordered a toaster 78,65€ and kitchen scale 17.59€ from Greece and none of them works.I have informed the company but no answer so far.
Very disappointed

Their support team is the best, they arranged the out-of-production product for me on my request only. Really appreciate your work. Had very good conversations with Pylones Instagram team.

I noticed some days after I received a product I bought that it has an aesthetically defect. I informed them; after a short while I received a new part to replace the defected one (gratis). Great service!

I ordered some set of items for my daughters birthday party… all the items are really colourful with great quality… the gift wrapper packs which they are sent along with the items are really cool …. I liked it …

I initially visited their store in Venice & loved it. They have lovely unique products so I was happy to see the items available from their Online Store. I placed my order & it was shipped the same day - I was pleasantly surprised by this. There was a small glitch with the Courier VAT charge but Pylones were quick to resolve this. Very helpful staff & I received my parcel super quick. The items were also protected really well to prevent damage & I’m very pleased with the items I ordered. Pylones also included plenty of gift wrap at no extra cost - more than required actually which was nice. Not many companies do this. Their products and customer service are excellent. I will not hesitate to order again.

TERRIBLE. I ordered at Pylones on delivery on 25th February and I've not received the items nor refund has been processed. I've been following up to get the refund multiple times - on call, via email. I've till date not got any concrete response to what actions are being taken.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I have called countless times now - I was just disconnected most of times or I didn’t get English speaking operators or sometimes I was just left hanging in the line without any response.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO SHOP HERE!

I absolutely love Pylones! The stores are wonderful and I simply adore the different patterns and unique designs. I've visited the stores all over Europe (sadly we don't have it in Denmark where I live), and always bring home gifts for my family and friends.
Last week I ordered a few gifts from the webstore, and today the parcel arrived. It felt like Christmas eve opening the box with wonderful stuff, and it was really nice that there was a bunch of gift bags and wrapping paper added too.
The shipping was really fast (France to Denmark) and I was informed of the whereabouts of the package all the time. I will definently shop here again, and I can't wait to travel to a city with a physical shop again once this pandemic is over.

Purchased a Sing Song amplifier while on holiday in Nice in January. Live in Scotland and arrived home to find it didn’t work. Contacted Pylones and after providing a few details they agreed to send me a new one. Arrived yesterday [delay because of Covid] and new one works wonderfully. Thank you Pylones for your great customer service. Love your shops please open a shop in Edinburgh!

Last month I placed an order for reading glasses and a scarf.
After nearly 3 weeks order had not arrived in Australia so I emailed Pylones and they presumed lost in the mail. Immediately sent me a replacement package which arrived shortly after. Lo and behold the missing package arrived yesterday - almost 5 weeks late.
I emailed Pylones to ask what i should do as now had a double order!
They very kindly told me it was my lucky day and should keep it!!!

I am SO IMPRESSED with their Customer Service and a lot of other companies should take a leaf from their book.

Pylones you have a customer for life.

I recently bought a hot water bottle from this company. When it arrived it was very small. Their advertisement claimed that it would contain 500ml. In fact, it barely contained 350ml. It then took them three days to claim that this was an anomaly. It was NOT an anomaly. It was incorrectly advertised and a con. They even said that it might not fit in my post box because of the size! Beware!!
I have just had an update from Pylones. They have said that their delay in replying to my complaint had given them the chance to measure the contents. They inform me that it is not 350mls but 500 cls!!! Need I say more?

I had purchased one of their products at their store in Florence, Italy. Unfortunately when I returned to my region, I realized that the product was not working. So I decided to contact customer care and after describing the malfunction they immediately sent me a new replacement product.
I am very satisfied and happy for the kindness and help they have given me
