It's really bad service

It's really bad service
Your team drop the phone each time I call.i need help because I have new contract and I can't connect with internet and no one speak English it's not good for new customers

Stay away and do not let the cheap prices fool you.

I had already made the decion to go with O2 for my house internet although pyur had cheaper offers but the bad reviews kept me away. O2 asked for my APL number and I was looking for it in my celler. There is an internet box in my celler and the phone number on it directed me to pyur. The person behind the phone was the most useless uncaring service assistance I have ever seen. I told him many times that I just need the APL number and he would talk about other stuff. I have C1 german but he still talked in a racist way as if I do not understand what he is saying. He threatend to end the call many times if I asked again for the APL number. But that was the only reason I was calling while he was talking about other bullsh*t.And suddenly he just ended the call for no reason. Very disrespectful and unhelpful. I am so happy that I did not choose pyur for my internet as that would have been a nightmare with the customer service they have. I believe instead of all the marketing they do and their cheap prices they should first change their customer service team and train them better. Stay away and do not let the cheap prices fool you.

Broken router and no Wi-Fi, no solution offered

I have a contract with them for high speed internet (up to 200 mb/s) and they provided the router.
Wi-Fi hasn't been working lately (I get a speed of 2 mb/s, home office meetings are disrupted and just impossible to have). When contacted for the problem, they stated that it’s none of their business as they only provide internet over Ethernet connection. It would be a joke if it wasn’t that the customer pays for the router and the internet, which you don’t get over Wi-Fi.
To sum it up: they sell internet but so that one can make half use of it (as in, restricted to Ethernet) by providing devices that breaks and offering no replacement or solutions.

Do NOT trust their consultants that knock on your door

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich -100 Sterne vergeben. Die Vertreter von Pyur würden an Ihre Tür klopfen und hundert Lügen erzählen, nur um ihre monatlichen Quoten zu erfüllen oder Beförderungen zu bekommen. Das Callcenter ist auch sehr unhöflich und ehrlich gesagt unglücklich. Fallen Sie nicht auf diese Falle herein. sie bieten auch keinen kostenlosen Techniker-Service an.
VERMEIDEN SIE SIE UM JEDEN PREIS.

OBSESSIVE VISITORS

First they came and lied that my neighbors send them to me and that my neighbors so excited about them and want to make Internet with them.
I have chat with all my neighbors NOONE WANTED TO HAVE Internet with them. And one guy had experience and he said and it was horrible „Never again!“
Second they started to do this cheap boasting „We are main provider here!“ „We are great“… and etc.
If you are great, why would you come from flat-to-flat and begging to make a contract with you ?

Service man very intrusively tried to check inside my flat. Awful . He looked like a scammer.

I said that it’s not interesting and if they want they can leave information in post box for him was important to give me cheap made visit card exactly in hands. I said „Okay“ - just to get rid of him, threw the information paper out and put it in a trash immediately after he left.

And what do you think ? Next day the other guy came exactly to me in the form similar to Prime, that is only reason I opened the door. He already came to make me some qualifications or installations. Are you normal there ?
I will call police next time. I wrote all details of this meeting.
The horrible thing that the guy from the second day in a row was unrespectful, was mocking me.

Be aware! Don’t mess with this company.
