Worst customer service I have experienced to this date - invoiced for a non-existent service

I have been receiving invoices for an Internet contract since May 2023, however, the PYUR-Team has failed to actually install the device in my apartment.

This means that I have been paying for a service for 5 months now that has never been provided.

First, the actual router was never sent. On the second try, it arrived home, to find upon installation that I needed a different connection port for it to work.

After the appointment with a technician was made and he was there, he could not find the cable leading to my apartment. He left promising follow up on the same week - this was back in August. I have written PYUR relentlessly since this has been happening, answer: call us back, we'll be happy to help! When calling the service number: line is busy.

Nobody is calling me back, no other technician appointment is made. I NEED INTERNET IN MY HOUSE - REACT TO MY COMPLAINT AND NEEDS, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN 2023.

This company is a SCAM!!

This company is a SCAM!!! Do not sign anything if a sales person from this company comes to your door!! They will lie to you and say that this is the building management requirement because they are switching to fiber cables. The sales person said I can call him to cancel at anytime. When I called him before the 14 days contract cancellation period, he said that I must return the package they sent for him to cancel the contract. I didn't even know about this package. After I returned the package, he said that he will cancel and send me the letter. Now, the 14 days are over and when I call him he doesn't pick up. When I call customer service they only speak German and say that the cancellation period has extended. The customer service people say they do not have any record of what the sales person said, so they cannot consider the cancellation. However, they consider the contract acceptance only??? WORST EXPERIENCE with an internet provider. When you speak to customer service you have to repeat your story from the beginning, only to say they cannot help you because the 14 days are over!!!! Do not fall for the same SCAM PLEASE!!!! I am still trying to cancel with them because I am trapped in the contract for the next 2 years!!! I am going to take legal action with this company.

PYÜR is a big scam! PYÜR IST nur ein Betrug

I would stay away from this company especially if you are a foreigner who doesn’t understand German.

I was trying to upgrade my internet because they promised a higher speed. Two weeks in a row the technician did not even show up to connect the internet and even lied and told the employee that he came back and tried to call me. I immediately called the employee to get any further details of when the technician was going to come and he continued to lie from his side and say he didn’t hear anything from him.

They purposely scammed us and knew the internet was not going to work. In Germany, in your rights, you get up to 14 days to cancel the contract if it was made inside the shop and the purposely scheduled a technician to come after the 14 days was over.

How in the world can a company like this be legal to run? They are literally scamming customers left and right and holding them into a contract which is extremely difficult to get out of.

I talked with a PYUR representative over the phone when we realized the internet wasn’t going to work and he clearly told us that he would terminate our contract. Weeks later it said that the termination was declined and they even billed us from a month ago even though the employee promised us to not charge us until the internet was activated and working!!!! Knowing that the internet wasn’t even working!

So in the end effect they make you pay for something which doesn’t work and trap you into a corner to where you are forced to hire a lawyer to resolve the issue.

So I’m just writing this review because I don’t want others to go through the same experience as I’m going through, stay away from them!

Stick to the known providers such as Vodaphone / Telekom

Worst provider ever

Worst customer service ever. I phoned cause the link for referring a friend was not working then the sales person lied about that the discount is already included in the rates. After that they promised me that i would have internet within the week, because the previous owner of the appartment was also a client with them. When i called back and asked them if there is any info needed from my side they said no. So at the end of the week i had no internet, then when i called again the man on the phone said we need to give him a number from the router and we did. Because i did not receive the contract letter yet, i couldn’t do it myself. Then 2 days later i asked regarding an update and nobody could tell me when i would have internet. After that there was a huge internet outage in Berlin, which means no internet for allot of people. Then i tried to call them again and each time after 5 minutes they say “ein moment bitte” and they put you on hold for 10min and explain you the same story but they don’t listen to you so you are basically talking to a wall. If i wish all
of this before i would have never ever in my life go with pyur. Please take another provider but don’t ever consider pyur.

I don't care that you have problems. Do your job there... because that's why I pay 30€ monthly! I didn't see a discount on the bill because of the service not provided! I'm stupid for not changing you.... but I think I'm sending you to ....!
