No help and no answer on email to customer service

No help, no answer on the 4 emails we sent to them. Worst customer service when you call them (3 times now). When you lose money on their delay they just don’t answer. And we came home 2 months ago 😤

Now it is 4 mounth ago and no help, just a customer service who after 20 min. of verification say - I am sorry your inconvinience. They don't care about their customer.

Worst airline ever

Would give one star if possible, appalling service in business class, everyone loaded at the same time, nearly knocked over by people rushing to economy,offered dinner on a morning flight as that was what they had loaded, my case was damaged on arrival, despite numerous emails no answer. the world's worst airline......avoid.

Worst customers service ever!!!

Worst customers service ever!!!! Agents are dumb, I don't even know how they got hired. They have email addresses that are listed in their website that are not even in use ... I was a business class customer and I was treated as Sh** by them ... Shame on you Qatar Airways ... First and last time

are we kidding Qatar airways? 12 hours delay in the airport no service?

They made us wandering all over the night in the airport, I already had a 18:30 hours transit in the Doha airport. When we went to check-in the gate they told us the flight is being delayed from 1:35 on January 6 to 13:35 on the same day. We suffered a 12 hours delay and I spent 18:30 + 12 = 32:30 hours in the airport. No accommodation provided, no one took the responsibility to provide an answer to our claim for compensation.Utterly awful experience and yet they are one of the best known airways in the world.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever , due to the delay in their responses i didnt manage to get a refund and its all their fault … they have been playing around with me for over a year, when speaking with the customer service representatives they were litterally laughing at me , dont ever fly with that trash company !!!!!

Terrible costumer service

It is just impossible to get through their "security questions" on the phone. I needed to discuss aspects of my booking that I could not solve online. They kept asking unfounded questions making it impossible for me to have access to my own booking. Unacceptable and frustrating.

Bad customer care

Yesterday I have been notify by lastminutes.com agency that my flight which I bought it few months ago for the price of £430 has been cancelled and money will be transfeted to my account only 3 day to my departure , I called both qatar airline and the agency that I why they didn't provide me alternative flight as Airline must provide it specially when its close to departure , after 10 phone call with both airline and agency they blame each other, I ended up buying another airplain ticket with qatar airline for the same day but £250 more than my original one . This is not right way to treat people .

The worst customer service EVER

The worst customer service I have experienced to date. I've requested a flight refund one month and a half ago and I still haven't received it. I've contacted their customer support through chat but the service is terrible. They keep saying someone from the "refund team" will contact me and close the chat. All I'm asking is for an update or a proof of refund and they are unable to give me one. Never had such a bad experience before.

stay away from this airline.

I bought a ticket 2 months ago round trip from CPH to Iran for my Danish husband and paid for it with that as well. he left 12 days ago and he was going back tomorrow. and 2 days before he was supposed to return home Qatar airways canceled his trip them selves. I called and wrote so many times to them that he doesn't have a visa so he can stay in Iran and they replied that unfortunately they can't help with that - and he has to solve his problem himself. so bad service so rude staff of Qatar airways. he is stuck in Iran and we can't find any ticket to get him home. they had a business class on the same flight and they said we had to pay the transfer fee from economy class to business class if we were to have him home. they made mistakes themselves and Qatar airline had to redact his ticket themselves.
stay away from this airline.

best flight experience it is worth…

best flight experience it is worth money , even if they are littel bet expensive theire air craft flot are the newest on the market, the boarding music let a strong souvenir in my memory evry time when i remember my last trip with them to the maldives , the company should propose an option to offset our CO2 carbon print by proposing us to finance a plantation of trees with the highest rate of photosynthesis even if they grow slowly they are long lasting with high yield in term of co2 absorption im talking about the pawlaunia tomantosa trees , I ask the company to consider my request

Cancelled my flight because Bali…

Cancelled my flight because Bali weren’t allowing direct flight (booked this flight over a year ago)
one month later they’ve put my flights back on but 3 times more than what we paid… which is really annoying as we have already booked hotels etc Bali is now open but they’ve put the prices up #scam

I will NOT fly my donkey with this airline.
Flew from Heathrow but got disturbed by check in who are rude and all refused to speak English even telling me this is an indian Airlines.
Worst part they called the police on me when they mistakenly didn't check the system for extra luggage (32) for £150 after telling them i bought extra luggage they didn't believe me and after a long argument they called the police on me then realising they are wrong.
The supervisor and manager are all incompetent.

They forgot my suitcase horrible service.

Travelling from Thailand via Doha to New York. Arriving in January in New York in summer dress with out my suitcase( with medicine and personal things). Got a telephone number from the ground people and called after 4 PM as told and many times after that, but the pohone only leads to a "full mailbox" I've has tried for
2 dayes now, both the phone and mail and Whats App, but no answer to when they will deliver the suitcase.

Use another company !

Bought a ticket in February for April because I was moving out of Japan with my partner, so closing my bank account a month later too! My flight got cancelled ! Ask for a refund but on a new credit card, we told me yes and they did it on my old account WHICH IS CLOSED! they told me now to deal with it myself when it’s their mistake! Such a bad company service! I don’t have my refund of 1000+ €!!!! Asking for an investigation and now nobody answers me anymore !

I’d like to send big thanks to my cabin…

I’d like to send big thanks to my cabin crew from Cph to Doha (26/8/21) and from Doha to CPH(31/8/21). Special thanks to Souheil for the attention and going out of his way to ensure that I had as pleasant and comfortable trip as possible. Keep up the good job !
I am definitely flying with Qatar airways again in the future:).

Would have a zero if I could give one. Left my 16 year old daughter in Australia without warning - never bothered to contact us to tell us flights were cancelled. Refused to offer refund on the return business leg. Simply said no and that I was welcome to sue them. Recommend you use Emirates instead or basically anyone else. Disgraceful.

Qatar airways refuse to fully refund cancelled flight.

8th March 2021 I booked a flight for my 16-year-old daughter from LHR to Vietnam so she could see her ailing grandmother for the last time.

As one books the flight one is encouraged to purchase extras along the booking process route such as seat reservations and lounge access etc; this I did as my daughter was travelling alone, she holds dual nationality and I do not, Covid restrictions.

Qatar the same day immediately cancelled the flight as anyone transiting through Qatar on the return journey were restricted to quarantine on their return to the UK, I called Qatar customer services who confirmed this and they informed me that a full refund will be issued as Qatar cancelled the flight, not me, I recorded the phone call, so far so good.

It now transpires that Qatar has refunded me back only the flight money, leaving £136 short for the seat reservations and lounge access which obviously we cannot use.

Qatar customer services now refuse to reimburse me back the missing amount, and on top of that Qatar will not speak with me as my name was not on the flight ticket, obviously my daughter being only 16 years old is unable to enter into a contract before 18.

So, in a nut-shell, Qatar airways are able to allow a customer to book a flight, reserve seats and pay for lounge access, then cancel the flight and keep £136 of the customers money.
If someone takes something from someone with the intention of never giving it back, there is a name for that, perhaps the reader can make their own mind up

It's been 4 weeks now and I still haven't even gotten a reply for my refund request when YOU CANCELLED my flight!
