takes too long to arrive
my order qualifies for free shipping, so i chose free shipping. (and if i don't, the quicker shipping fee listed there is very expensive ), but they choose ups ground for shipping carrier and it takes one week to come, too slow. when i get the package, i see it is not really heavy, so it really can be shipped using usps first class . i think usps first class or express is really much faster . although it is free shipping, but i really wish it to arrive faster. some company do ship it faster with free shipping.
maybe next time i need to call to order .

I bought one for queen size bed, one for king size bed, very good quality. Only the queen size one have a little thread spot, but it's OK.

Hard to track the shipping information
It would be more convenience if I can receive a shipping conformation email after the purchase. I don't know when and how the items are shipped and even to be received.
