Great service from Qerb after overcoming necessary lock down delays. Qerb sorted gas connection and install. Their guys worked extra hard in a house whose floor boards had been nailed down with 5 inch nails, and overcoming steel beam we didn't know was there!. If you get the chance, these are the team you should use.

Hi QERB - you seem to be ignoring my emails and attempts to get in touch and your phone line now seems to be disconnected. Are you still in business??

My boiler installation (Dec 2019) has never been signed off and I still do not have a gas safety certificate - which I need. I’m pretty fed up with chasing you and being ignored.

You won't find emails from me as it was my partner whose house you did the work on. She has been trying to contact you since January so you can't use corona virus as an excuse. You will see an email from her to you and Gas Jack explaining the issues, sent last night. If you can respond and get this sorted I will amend the review... I just didn't know how else to get you to answer us!

That's great, thank you very much for replying and sorting so quickly. I'm sorry I had to go public to prompt a reply but Alex was not responding. We are not experts and had no idea that you could look up a certificate. As far as we knew, the inspection failed as a pipe dimension wasn't correct and then that was the last we heard. I have no idea if the pipe dimension is a problem but Gas Jack seemed to dismiss it. I've upgraded the review to 3 stars as pre sales and installation were fine.

These guys have just installed a full central heating system for me and loft insulation and I only paid about £500 towards it. I had a quote with another local company for over £6000!

First impressions were this is too good to be true and I nearly ignored the advert thinking it must be a scam. I did some research though and found there was a genuine scheme to help people reduce their carbon emissions so I went ahead and applied.
Someone from QERB called me back in about 2 days and asked me some questions about my home and income and then arranged for a surveyor to come out a week later.
A friendly guy called Chris came out and talked me through the scheme and measured up my home, taking some photographs which he said they had to collect as evidence.
He told me they could top up my loft insulation for free and worked out I could fit 12 solar panels on the roof. He said because I was SE facing the grant was just slightly lower and I would need to contribute £200. I checked the small print and compared prices and that meant I was getting about £5000 funded. I decided to go ahead and two weeks later I had the loft insulated and solar panels installed. I received my MCS certificate about 2 weeks after that and have now signed up for a smart export tariff with my utility and am now not only saving money on my electric bill but am getting paid for any extra electric I generate.
I reckon a lot of people are missing out on this scheme as they don't believe it's real. I'm glad I did my research and decided to give it a try.

We've just had a new heat pump installed by qerb under the funding scheme. Had radiators put in throughout the house as well. They insulated our loft at the same time as well. Brilliant service. Thank you

I saw an advert on Facebook for free solar panels. I was suspicious at first but a friendly guy called Chris came around and measured up, checked I qualified and within 2 weeks I had new solar panels installed for free. Great service from start to finish.

Replaced my old storage heaters with a brand new gas central heating system and didn't have to pay a penny! Top quality service as well

Great service from start to finish. I saw an advert on Facebook for an eco grant and decided to try. Rob visited me and completed a survey of my home and advised I would qualify for a grant to have insulation under my floorboards and to replace my boiler. Within 10 days, both have been completed and already I can tell the difference. The chilly draughts have gone! I recommend these guys.

Decent company, managed to help my mum get a new condensing boiler installed for free, and they insulated her loft and floors at the same time. Very professional and helpful from start to finish

We had underfloor insulation and a new gas boiler carried out by this company. Everything went to plan and the workers were very helpful. Thank you very much querb

Solar: Initially impressed, consultation and survey completed quickly. My deposit paid and contract signed. Install date booked and in diary. 2 weeks before I get a call saying they couldn't do that date as there had been a diary issue, when impressed for details and explained how inconvenient it was I was passed through the department and met with bad attitude, finally spoke to a senior worker who within 15 minutes had moved the poor other people instead of me.
430pm day before installation receive a call stating some paperwork is missing and may affect install and I need to provide it immediately, despite being at work myself I met this demand. Another call received apparently another staff member who has now left hadn't completed what was needed and the person who has taken over has discovered we will not be eligible for the grant. Contract signed and £2k paid but they are not supplying the solar, I get home to see scaffolding all over my house ready for the install (that's not happening, scaffolding shouldn't have been put up until the following day)! Call them for updates to be told they will try and get it taken down soon! Fuming!

Solar for just £1500! Bargain !! Nearly missed out as thought there would be a catch. Checked it out with Exeter council though and 100% legit. 😁

Qerb installed a boiler under the government boiler replacement scheme.
During the installation they damaged part of my drainage system.
I have phoned and emailed many times and even had someone make an appointment to come and not turn up to look at the damage and another call when I was out without warning.
It would seem that they don't care about the damage and are now ignoring my emails.
Avoid at all cost.

Called them to get a quote for a new boiler and a surveyor came around and told me he could also get me a grant from the government. He took my details and 2 days later called back saying the original price of £1900 was now only £200! I couldn’t believe it. The next best quote was £2349. So I saved over £2000. It was fitted a few days later and now I have a nice new boiler.
