so after applying and having everything…

so after applying and having everything ready to go and all emails confirming the installation of the combi boiler and cost. The installer arrived with the wrong boiler. I have now been told that even though this is their mistake and funding has now ended the cost has gone from £1700 to £2900. What a joke that they make this mistake and I am to pay for it. I has taken nearly two weeks to find this out.

So after over 12 months this company decide to reply. Not even an apology. I think that speaks volumes and just highlights what sort of company this is. Well done. Shane you can't give minus ratings.

Odd as in actual fact you called me once I originally made this review and from what I can remember your managing director was very rude to me over the phone about it. My partner was called a liar by one of your employees regarding the wrong boiler been sent and your company tried saying she had refused the installation. But the fact that the engineer call you to sort out your mistake was denied. But again not even an apology. You sent the installer to my house with the wrong boiler then you denied this and tried to charge me more. I think I have wasted enough time over you cowboys. You seem very good at calling your customers liars and you seem only interested in getting the money to install then drop your customer after this point. Review below seem to show this.

ECO2t ended in September 2018 and funding for Oil heaters was originally scrapped but then OFGEM backtracked but it was significantly reduced within ECO3 which started October 2018. We have no control over when funding can end as this is set by OFGEM. We always recommend people don’t wait and apply for funding now as over time these type of grants tend to get reduced or can run out. We had been installing oil boilers for free for years prior to this date.

Ref your update. We have only started using Trustpilot from today. You placed a review on a site we had no profile on and no previous reviews. As such you knew you were the first and only review and would not get a reply. We can not join every single review site on the internet. Especially given they all want a charge companies to use them.
