It was great product

Absolutely terrible service! I don't know whether it is a scam or not, but I ordered smth in October of 2020...it is June 2021 and I haven't received my items yet! We keep emailing back and forth and they keep telling me they can resend the parcel...no parcel yet...also, one email is telling me I cannot get a refund due to the time which has passed from the time I placed the order, another one is telling me I will receive a refund in 7-14 days...very confusing and unprofessional! I would never recommend this, in my mind it is a scam, you won't get your stuff, and you won't get your money back either!

Product was misrepresented in the photo on your web page. Material was completely different than the item I received. What looked like a lightweight sweater knit tank dress arrived as a glorified wife beater made into a dress. Poor quality.
Shipping was as expected coming from China but I was disappointed with my purchase.

Was hard to track. The link never worked.

I ordered a pair of shoes and the company sent to me a different pair of shoes a really cheap version, is not even worth half of the money I spent. I have emailed the company saying I didn't got what I asked for and they replied saying that are exactly what I asked for(the audacity 😒). Just hope they will give a refund

Never never order from this company. They will rip you off. I ordered a mask with bling on it and the entire mask had holes in it. NOT SAFE. Their marketing practices are lies. I paid over $27.00 to ship it back and then they told me they wouldn't cover the shipping cost and only gave me half price back on the cost of the mask. I'm warning you, what they say cannot be trusted.

I love the items, so much, but one showed up ripped! I will have to sew it. They also took a long time to arrive, but I'm mostly bummed about the damaged piece.

Disappointed by the quality, it is like it came from wish or something but with a higher price.. Also sizing is not correct, ordered an S while i am a s/m but it was still too big. Not ordering here again unfortunately. Also on the website they do not state that they ship from china.

My experience was very good. Everything arrived in the mentioned time.

Received the masks sooner than expected. I ordered from this company before and the masks are the best that I've been able to find. Great quality and comfort.👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Hi all, I have had a TERRIBLE experience with ordering via Qianber! Basically I ordered facial masks (that also cover eyes as well as nose and mouth) on June 13 and still do not have them! They do not agree to refund the items and have asked that I contact the shipping company, file a complaint, get a case number. Completely unacceptable! I needed the masks back in July. I still do not have them and no sign of a refund! A warning to all!
