We recently completed the 3 Day Gap Analysis with Citation for adding ISO 14001 and 45001 to form an integrated Management system. This was carried out by Auditor Lucy Littleboy. The Analysis was done over Teams and was very professional. The Auditor showed experience and a wealth of knowledge on all three Management Systems, ISO 9001 / 14001 and 45001. There was no rush, and we were allowed to work at my own pace, with help and support offered at all times. If you are considering adding to your Management System or enhancing it, we would fully recommend using Citation for this service.

We had a very positive experience working with Citation during our ISO implementation, particularly during the intensive consultation week with Christopher Irvine.

Christopher spent the week working closely with us via Microsoft Teams, taking a highly practical and collaborative approach. The sessions were well structured but flexible, allowing us to work through real business processes in detail rather than simply reviewing templates. He explained ISO requirements clearly and helped us translate them into systems and documents that genuinely work for Buyrite Group.

His knowledge, patience, and calm approach made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable and productive. By the end of the week, we felt confident in both our understanding of the standards and our readiness to move forward.

The support provided added real value to the business, and we would highly recommend Citation and Christopher Irvine to any organisation looking for clear, hands-on, and practical ISO support.

I received a proposal from Citation from the sales person explaining the initial costs for the first year and recurring costs for subsequent years... very clear and verified on a call. However Citation decided to change the terms and starting recurring costs within 6 months..
No response to escalation or complaint.. so I am sharing my experience here.

Another very positive experience with our ISO audits. Our Consultant Annya Poole was friendly and very helpful. She gave us some great advice for making things more efficient at our next audit and updated us regarding some recent changes to our standards that we were not aware of. All in all, very good. 5 Stars!

Extremely knowledgeable Auditor

Andrew Parfitt has been conducting ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and ISO27001 audits for my client Hayward Precision GRP over the past three days. Andrew conducted the audit fairly and realistically, making good use of time and asking relevant questions when needed. Overall it was a great experience and i hope to see Andrew again on future audits.

Andrew Thomas was excellent to work with. Clear explanation on how to get the most out of the system and how to make it really work for you.

My initial Citation ISO consultation with Niki was excellent. It was a long meeting and she did an excellent job of guiding me through the process in a clear and methodical way. I would recommend both Niki as a consultant and Citation for their platform.
