Chris was great throughout the whole audit. He took his time prior to understand our business and management system which really added to the audit and asked great questions where I was able to show the major benefits of our quality management system.

Lucy Littleboy was our auditor and made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. There is always some trepidation going into an audit, but Lucy immediately put me at ease and ensured we got through the audit without too much stress. It's also great to say we passed, so thank you!

She was friendly, approachable, and made the experience far less stressful than expected. Her guidance was clear and practical, and she offered valuable advice that will genuinely help us strengthen our information security processes moving forward.

Going through 27001 accreditation - the trainer knew exactly what she was describing, could answer basically all of my questions, and the sessions, even though there was a mountain of information felt manageable. I would recommend these guys.

Our ISO 27001 Compliance Audit was carried out professionally and with great insight from our Auditor, Simon Langston, for the second-year running. We were pleased with the level of insight and practical recommendations made by Simon in our report.

He turned a usually dry process into something manageable and clear, explaining every step thoroughly. His sense of humour was a welcome bonus that made the whole experience run fantastically well. We wouldn't hesitate to work with Simon and the team again.

I am new to the minefield of ISO audits and have found the process initially daunting and confusing, however my most recent consultation with Jenna Lawler cleared that confusion and apprehension with her clear, detailed and patient guidance on how to use the Atlas platform and clear guidance of the process and requirements to successfully pass the ISO 9001, grateful it's been reasonably demystified and I have been assured with the offer of ongoing assistance if required.

We had out ISO9001 and ISO14001 audits with Oliver Manifold, he was very efficient, clear and friendly. This made the audit process so straightforward, he was supportive and provided useful advice to make improvements in the future. The best auditor we have had, thank you.

We've been with QMS/Citation since 2018, and we've always had a pleasant audit experience, whoever the auditor is. Caitlin Wevill, our auditor this year, conducted a thorough yet calm audit. I especially appreciate the time she took at the closing meeting to answer all of my questions in detail and her advice on areas we could improve.

Cheryl S represents everything that an auditor should be. Friendly, honest, positive, constructive - the list goes on. Audits can be intense, but today we felt that Cheryl was always looking for the positives, discussing what we are doing well, rather than trying to find negatives to comment on. We’ve worked with Karen Knaggs twice now, first during our ISO 27001:2013 audit last year, and again this year for our upgrade to ISO 27001:2022, and both times she has been absolutely fantastic.

Karen is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, but what really stands out is the way she explains everything clearly and in a way that’s easy to understand. She’s patient, approachable, and makes what could easily be quite a tedious or stressful process genuinely enjoyable and engaging.
