Delivery should be improved
QNT did the processing of the order well this time. The website also worked well and it didn't have any products for selection that were not available. The issue is with the delivery company, for which I also consider QNT to be responsible. QNT uses GLS and GLS does not have real-time live tracking, which the delivery companies of e.g. UberEats, Ikea and Delhaize have. The real-time live tracking should be standard practice so that the customer can follow the progress of the delivery on his mobile device. Secondly, the delivery guy from GLS didn't seem to be intelligent enough to understand that we have a dual buzzer. We live on the first floor and our neighbour on the ground floor. To activate our buzzer, one has to push the upper part of the button, where our names are clearly shown. The delivery guy pushed the lower part of the button, which has the name of our downstairs neighbour, activating the buzzer in her apartment. It's not rocket science! If the delivery guys simply had the patience to look at the button, they would see our names on the upper part. Then they should press that upper part.

Ordered on 28.10 from Belgium shipping arrived on 08.11 in Bulgaria. Well packed and sealed. After contacting support and requesting tracking number it was provided, so I could check the location of the order. All good, I am happy with what I received.

Order arrived within several days but well protected. The only problem is that they don't offer product samples with the order as their competitors do. Otherwise, the product is of high quality.
