Not enough care taken.

I asked for a certificate for 2 days and when the two days were different to what I needed, they could not be changed and I had to go elsewhere.
Not enough care was taken to make sure my needs were met and there was no attempt to adjust when I asked.

The wait time was ridiculous

The wait time was ridiculous, and couldnt run additional apps in the waiting room. I couldnt find where my medical certificate was sent for a good 10 minutes, as the waiting room screen would not leave.
Not the best, much better apps out there.
