What I wanted was a prescription and a referral so I thought I’d book a GP session as it was cheaper than paying individually. When I put in the comments I said I wanted Temazapam. It said we can’t prescribe all sleeping tablets. It didn’t say you can’t get these so just book for a referral.when I spoke to the doctor he was quite rude in telling me we can’t prescribe any sleeping tablets as if I should have known. He then wrote me a referral but in the letter he said Susan would like to see you Susan. My name is Cheryl. I just hope the doctor accepts the letter of referral about herself.

Fantastic customer service, some conplaints
Customer service was great, no complaints there. First doctor just wrote out the medical certificate without asking any questions. Made a second appointment as I was still sick. Saw a GP so I then cancelled this appointment via email to customer service, but second doctor still called my phone. Unsure if I would recommend qoctor
