Unprofessional service
I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received from my consultant, Rebeca. Throughout this process, communication has been severely lacking. Emails routinely go unanswered, leaving me without clarity, support, or guidance at times when I needed it most.
My medical certificate, issued by my doctor, was rejected on the grounds that it was handwritten and electronically filled in. Despite this, I immediately provided an additional formal letter from my doctor confirming the validity and accuracy of the certificate. Even after supplying this second document—as well as every letter from my surgeon, including one explicitly stating that I was medically unfit to fly—I still received no acknowledgement or response.
I have repeatedly asked for the specific policy wording that explains why my original medical certificate was not accepted, and to date, no one has provided this. My emails to Rebeca remain unanswered, and the mediation team has also failed to respond.
This ongoing lack of communication and refusal to address my case properly has left me both financially and emotionally distressed. I have done everything asked of me, provided clear medical evidence, and followed every process correctly, yet I continue to be ignored. The service I have received has been unacceptable, unprofessional, and incredibly stressful during an already difficult time.
I am requesting that my concerns be properly addressed, that someone finally responds to my emails, and that I am provided with the policy wording I have repeatedly asked for.
