Good experience with Revolut’s electronics insurance—straightforward documentation and fair claim handling. Just a heads-up: if your device is over 90 days old, they deduct a monthly depreciation rate from the payout. You won't get the full 'new' price back, but the process is very efficient.
Frustrating experience
I have Qover insurance through my Belfius Mastercard, and unfortunately, my first experience with your service has been very disappointing. Despite submitting all the required documents proving that my flight was cancelled due to a death in the family, my reimbursement request was denied multiple times.
The agent handling my case did not seem to fully understand your own policy. I had to go through several back-and-forth emails to highlight the relevant conditions, yet she continued to insist that I was not eligible.
Overall, this has been a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience. I sincerely hope you take this feedback into account and improve your customer service.

Had Tesla insurance via Qover. They hiked the price by 25% and took away roadside assistance, one of the key benefits, at the same time. You can get cheaper insurance elsewhere, with roadside assistance included.

Really unimpressed
I cannot expressed how unimpressed I’ve been with Qover lately. I really thought they were a good, new-gen type of insurer (especially as they are partners of Revolut) but it turns out they are just a dishonest insurance provider like all the others.
The reason for my dissatisfaction is because I requested a 70% refund for a recent flight from London to Dubai (as allowed under the “cancel if you change your mind” insurance I get through Revolut), and of course, despite the flight taking and landing exactly as expected (and this is very important - the flight timetable was completely unaffected and I am not choosing to cancel because of the current situation but because I’ll be flying there on a different date instead), they refuse to provide the 70% refund because Dubai is “in a war zone”… How convenient.
The 2 star rating is because I had used them once before this time and everything went smoothly then, but I am really unimpressed by the recent service I got and will make sure to let Revolut know Qover is not an insurance partner they can trust.

Due to the claim value of my theft my claim had been referred to the insurer. I had a one hour call with them where all details were discussed and this was confirmed by the insurer that they had responded to qover with all relevant details on 11/03. As of today after numerous emails I received a response stating that qover are still waiting for a response from the insurer which is clearly untrue. There is no reason for my case to be refused whatsoever so I don’t understand the hold up and being left in the dark. It is approaching 3 months since the theft of my items and this has caused me nothing but mental and financial strain. All relevant details were provided and this is beyond a joke now. I have to email everyday for a reply on the 5th email and that is uninformative in itself. I hope my case is rectified as soon as and I can respond this positively but as of now i feel like I pay for my Revolut premium for absolutely no reason.

Honestly I never believe in this companies. I have Revolut with the Premium plan, because I'm digital nomad so for me is important to be covered by accidents, in a trip to Paris my headphones were stolen, it was very frustrating because the police can't understand me, anyway I proceeded to do my claim with Qover thanks to Revolut honestly with a small piece of hope and after 2 weeks sharing the info ther requested me I got my claim was approved! Thy headphones were a bit expensive because I decided to get it for my job, and I felt sad when this happened, anyway they'll reimbursement what I pay for them $232 euros, thanksssss so mucchhhhh. Incredible experience very friendly and effective.
