Easy and correct

Opening a claim is easy, and by providing all the info requested you easily get contacted back quite fast to solve the case. For me 2 times I opened a claim for something included in the insurance and both times I got refunded without any tricky way to bypass the claim. You just upload the info and documents on the form they send, no stress with calls or complicated communication.

Great experience with Qover. My theft claim was handled quickly and professionally, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Clear communication and fair resolution throughout. Highly recommended!

Made a claim through Revolut

Made a claim through Revolut. Qover was responsive and clear on what needed to be submitted as part of the claim. They did not ask repetitiously for information. The turnaround time was quick and I received the payment into my account in less than one week. Very impressive.

Horrible experience with claims

Horrible experience the only time I submitted a claim because in the contract, and in the selling phase, they state that there will be no depreciation for 5 years, but actually it is only if the bike is stolen and not for the parts... and I contacted them before and after the claim and this was not mentioned

Pleasantly Surprised

I submitted my claim with some cynicism. Partly due to hearing so many negative stories about insurance claims and partly as a result of the seemingly endless list of exclusions I became aware of during the process of claiming. But, all that cynicism was blown away by the efficient way in which 100% of my claim was paid. Pleasantly surprised!
