I have nothing but negative things to say about my experiences with this company. We discovered we had a problem with rats coming into our home under the floor boards and upon doing a quick google search I stumbled upon Quick Pest Control. I phoned them and spoke to Hussam who was very quick to reassure me and give me a quote over the phone which seemed reasonable. He turned up and following an inspection claimed we had an infestation of rats (I now completely refute this). The price he had quoted me on the phone suddenly tripled in price (funny that) but more importantly he told me it was not possible to stop the rats coming in without taking up all the floorboards in our house and sealing all the holes and burrows. This was a complete nightmare and was going to cost tens of thousands of pounds. It caused us a huge amount of distress and we have since learned this was all complete rubbish. QPC charged just shy of £600 for 1 initial treatment plus 5 follow up visits. Unfortunately despite being punctual for the first follow appointment standards started to slip. They missed appointment times and then failed to show entirely for their last visit and never returned. Yes the poison they laid worked. The rats died under our floor boards but the smell was unbearable for weeks and the problem kept repeating itself. We knew this was not sustainable.

We since contacted another Pest Control company who were only interested in finding out where the source of the problem was and said poisoning is a pretty useless long term solution. This was music to my ears. They fitted one way valves on our drain / sewerage pipes and asked me to gravel around my decking in my front garden. The problem is now resolved and for a fraction of the price QPC charged us. It was such a simple fix in the end and completely contrary to what we were told initially. We love our home and were nearly forced to move out because of callous and misleading treatment and advice.

In short, Quick Pest Control only want your money and play on customers desperation. As soon as they take your cash they don't even bother committing to their treatment plan. They are 100% not interested in fixing the source of the problem and cause you a lot of distress. Please, please make sure you find a pest control company who want to find out where the source of the problem is and, if you are told something that's unachievable and that poisoning is the only option do not believe it. There are people who actually care and who can fix your issue.

Very happy with the service received for a mouse problem. Jimmy was amazing and definitely went above and beyond to solve the problem and make us feel more comfortable. He was always on time for each appointment and very friendly. Highly recommended.

We can call Quick pest control any time if we need a pest control to be done. The pest technician is really and responsive and professional. I was most impressed by quick pest control who comes to my home the same day I called and sorted a wasps nest by our front door. They also charged less than others. Excellent services and problem sorted. Would definitely use again and recommend .

Quick pest control were prompt and inspected my property same day and provided a thorough and professional service at a cost effective rate. And resolve the whole problem as quickly as possible, now totally get rid of rats from my garden and they did proofing very professionally.

This is the best pest control I have ever seen they were quick to diagnose all my flat has been infested with worms and after one day they are all gone thank god for these people varun was the guy who made this all happen I thanked him soooo much

I warn you do not use this company. I originally rang Quick Pest Control Ltd in June 2023 because I heard animal movements in the cavity wall in our kitchen. Malik, came promptly on Monday 26 June. At the time I was in a fragile state as my husband had had a major operation to remove a tumour from his pituitary gland and we were due to go to France for 4 weeks the following week to allow him to convalesce. I did not want to leave the house with an infestation problem and I did not have the energy to get other quotes.Malik sensed my fragile state and tried to completely exploit me. He implied we had rats and said this would require a 2 stage treatment- stage one £750 plus VAT to deal with the immediate issue and stage 2 £1000 plus VAT to guarantee no return for 2 years. In the end we paid £800 plus VAT for stage one with the understanding that we would pay £900 for stage 2. When I returned from holiday, I realised that I had been thoroughly exploited. I spoke to Malik and he said he would sort it and send someone around. Dave then came. Dave was excellent and trustworthy and did the thorough examination that Malik should have done but revealed that everything that Malik had told me was a lie. To summarise my complaint:

1. I was overcharged even on the initial payment. Haringey Council charges £160 for three visits.I did ask for a refund for part of the payment but after serveral phone calls and emails I had to give up.
2. Malik pointed to an area where there was soil on the ground in the front of the cellar and said this was proof we had rats. This misinformation cemented my desire to get quick action and pay the fee he demanded. Dave subsequently explained that this was just soil washed through the grill under our front door and there was no evidence of rats in the house.
3. Malik also pointed to a pile of rubble at the back under the kitchen units as the point where the rats or mice were accessing the kitchen.. I later asked our builder about this and he explained it was solid concrete here and impossible for a mouse or rat to access at this point. The rubble was just left over from the building work. Malik should have know this. Either he has no structural knowledge so should not do this job or this was further evidence of him exploiting me knowingly.
4. Malik put some chemicals around the house but left me no information as to where these had been placed. This is extremely bad practice and dangerous. Although we don’t have children living with us, the grandchildren do visit.
5. Malik failed to identify where the mice actually came in from outside the house. And no doubt he would have taken a further £900 off me had I not realised I was being exploited.

Robert (technician) was very efficient and knowledgeable. We used to have rat problem in our ceiling, and every night was nightmare for us, loud scratching noises coming every night, then Robert did detailed inspection and found out the nesting and main route cause. He did treatment and block the access points. After the treatment everything seems back to normal and no more rats in our house. He made follow up visits to make sure everything going in right direction. Honest, kindly and always be on tike. Really appreciate not only Robert as well the whole team of quick pest control.

Very good professional company with the staff not only friendly also very skilled. they done 2 visits in my property and my house is now pest proof. brilliant service provided laid down traps to caught mice and sealed the all holes and cavity. after that now i couldnt heard anything and no more droppings in my house. i am very happy with their service and had great experience throughout the treatment.

Amazing service
We had bedbugs problem in our 3 bedroom property, engineer varun and jimmy came to our house, they done thorough inspection and discussed all the available treatments options, we decided to proceed with best treatment which was heat treatment and fumigation. They done it very well and now we don’t have any more bedbugs, we sleep peacefully, really impressed with service they offered . Highly recommended to others.

Fantastic services, we are taking their services since long and they are always on time for their routine visits and do their job well, never had any complaints. In fact recently i recommended them to a shopkeeper who was facing extreme cockroaches issue and since Quick Pest provide him treatment he is very happy and he really commend their work.
